As a person who loss his mother and started to spiral i saw mook actions in real time and that's why i gained even more respect for him during the brizz altercation bc once they said it calicoe asked mook "you good with that?" Mook kept his composure as much as he could

I’m 47 and me and my mom who is 70 and still living is such a blessing . I lost a sister when I was 15 and my sister was only 12 losing any immediate family member hits different .
Pure facts Goodz... I lost my mom's in 2018 and it made me spiral out of control back to doing street shit. Losing your mom is more traumatizing than any shit you can go thru in the streets. I didn't think about getting any professional help when I was living a street life, but when I lost mom's it drove me to seek some help, so I definitely salute Mook. That shit is hard!
Goodz,mental health is Real! Death effects different people different ways. For Mook to "advertise" to us that he "struggled" and understand that other battle rappers is going to use these words as angles in his battles, is very commendable. Reminder,some people NEVER recover mentally f/the death of a loved one. One of the most profound things Mook said was, "I had to get back to the identity of John and not Mook".

That is one thing my mother taught me from a young child, death is inevitable. It can happen to anyone at any time, so you better prepare for it. You wake up one morning God forbid and something happened to your child or your mother or your best friend etc. so don’t take it for granted think about it and enjoy every day telling that person you love them. 💯

When you are going through trauma and spiraling in the moment, it’s hard to express what you are going through cause you yourself are trying to figure out what’s going on with you and how to deal with it. Especially when you don’t know How to deal with it. That is what therapy is for. The erratic behavior and drinking was alll just a coping defense mechanism to deal with his situation. Not sure if it was Mook who wanted to talk about his arrest on IG live or if it was Uncle Rah, but I don't think the community is asking for an explanation. Mook's name is in the news because Hitman went public about a negotiation that fell through. Mook should have just skipped over any personal issues he's dealing with because that's none of our business. We just want to know if he's ducking Hitman or not.
