I think chiropractors for your back or for a massage is great, but there’s been many neck accidents w chiropractors so please watch out! It is not an evidence based science and can cause more harm than good ❤

Omg i think we are on the same week or very close to it😭😭 on the week of Easter, that Friday (14th) I was 7 weeks too. I’m due December 1st ❤️ currently 13 weeks(3 months) today . Congrats Brittany, i’m hoping for a very healthy pregnancy for us!!

I would say if you're going to eat sushi anywhere while pregnant Japan would be the place to do it. Japanese women don't stop eating sushi while pregnant which should tell you something. The fish are flash frozen to kill parasites, the issue with the U.S. is that the raw fish you're served usually isn't very fresh so you run the risk of bad bacteria. Also make sure you're extra mindful about mercury levels and stay clear of high mercury fish.

Brittany, it is NOT worth the risk when going to Tokyo and eating feels. All you need is a a restaurant ( yes, even a 5 star) having an oops and you could get a parasite. It is not worth risking your baby’s health and safety. It is an easy decision. I’m sure you will be back in Tokyo another time so eat all the sushi you want then 😊
