This is how to make a narcissist sad and feel bad about breaking you and causing you pain |NPD|
Different ways to deal with narcissists
When dealing with people whose behavior is difficult, one common question that comes up is "How should one engage with these individuals?" How can you live together with them, and how can you keep a friendly friendship going?" Figuring out if the person you're dealing with is a narcissist is one of the hardest parts of this task. People who are narcissists are what "these individuals" mean. I strongly advise you not to try to change a narcissist. It was when I was young that I started this project because I was excited and determined to make the world a better place. The job was beyond my abilities, or as the saying goes, "was above my pay grade." On the other hand, I've learned that this is not an easy job to complete. It's not something that either you or I can do right now.

How are you? Thanks for watching our video again! We're glad you came to see another interesting show. We are going to take a close look at selfish relationships and how they hurt personal growth. This will make you think. Put yourself at ease, and let's talk about this interesting topic. We promise that you won't want to miss any of these ideas!
It was like trying to climb a very tall peak when you were with the narcissist. At first, it looked like it would be possible, but as time went on, they became much more insistent. Every day, they didn't like you as much, which made you feel overlooked and worn out. No matter how hard you worked or how much money you spent, it was clear that you could never meet their high standards. Narcissists knew how to twist the truth, make you feel bad about yourself, and blame your problems on them.

Thank you! I'm trying to get over the extreme guilt of feeling like it's all my fault for not being able to change narcisists, so you really helped deprogram my brainwashed mind. I listened to the whole video at night and in the morning, and was able to think of a different narcissist each time the video replayed which made me recognize my son has narcissistic fleas he inherited from his narcissistic father and the Cult. My son spent TWO years obsessively asking me to help him work on 100's of conflicting thoughts, yet ironically, accused me of "making a mountain out of a molehill," and stopped talking to me. I didn't want him to stay confused, so I texted him to remind him that his anger causes him to create MORE conflicting thoughts to have to resolve. I think God can work on people's conscience better when we leave them alone to force them to learn how to sort it out on their own, with no one left to blame or be angry with.

My last gf who was also my HS SWEETIE some 46 yrs.ago, she had been out of my house for 9 months now.I still can't figure out what her deal was. She had the traits of NPD she came back in my life as a friend she needed help from a head injury she sold her house in Houston and came to Cleveland clinic to try to get help, well we both messed up and tried a relationship big mistake she could not emotionaly attach, I could not stand it she had 20 hrs a day to be on her social media, but to give me a hour of her attention was like pulling teeth, needless to say she had to go. There is more to it but at the end of the day I was about to stroke out,now she calls and tells me she wants to marry this guy I know do he can take of her I was like ok back on ignore you go,call him if you need a man's advice.biggest head game I have ever seen everyday.

@@dennyfieJust know that it's your fault. I learned that head trauma can make people who used to be nice (like football players) more mean, or it can make them more nice. A car slammed into me while driving. I told my son not to mock me because I was afraid karma might cause him to have an accident with head trauma like me. He said it won't happen since he was a good driver, but later a car slammed into him and caused the same pain and head trauma called apesia like the actor Bruce Willis, so now he is extremely sympathetic working with me to figure out how to help us both get better.
