Chicken Seasoning
3 tbsp sage
1 1/2 tbsp rosemary
1 1/2 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Add all the herbs and spices into a bowl and mix.
Store in a spice jar for up to 6 months.
