Diverse diet: consume food to feed your gut. Each week add one new food into your diet per week. Periods of fasting can increase a healthy microbiome. Go outside and spend time in the natural environment. You’ll pick up organisms from natural environment. Go organic when you can. Grow your produce if you can. Avoid process food with artificial ingredients and preservatives. Personal care products contain chemicals that will have a negative impact on your microbiom. Buy clean shampoo with organic ingredients. Home environment does not need to be sterile. Clean with water. Sterilize after raw meat on surfaces. Great Stuff! How much and "initial aggravation" is ok for Spore Based Probiotics and how long is the maximum duration this may last? Is bloating and cramping sign of intolerance?
