as a shop owner that is how we got our first apprentice. kid came in every day for a few weeks begging to work on bikes with us. we put it off and kept him on the back burner cause he was only 14. this kid ended up riding his dirtbike through the middle of town and past a sheriffs station just to come help a couple cave men work on dirt bikes. that day i saw that kid wanted to be there more than we did, and who the hell are we to gate keep our sport from someone who legit wants to be there. needless to say the young man earned his first job by not being concerned with the idea of failure or the idea of rejection. McAdoo just gave away lifes biggest secret. Only the scared live with regrets. this clips dope guys keep up the hard work!

This interview is exactly why I love this channel. I had completely lost faith in our younger generation as far as them having the manly right thing to do attitude. This kid started the relationship off proper and then made his first deal in the most honorable way possible. Not knowing the two diff companies he was trying to work for were friends. Amazing you’ve brought my faith back into the kids of today v

I’d imagine any businessman would respect your integrity regarding wanting to call your current employer to inform them of your intentions. Morals and integrity are highly valued in my opinion.

Mcadoo is awesome. I really hope Mitch doesn’t give up on him, Mcadoo will get a title for him soon and I think Cameron will do well if he can move up to the 450s asap.

Simple lesson, respect yourself, others, and set goals however soo seemingly small in the beginning. You will absolutely gain momentum

Right. It’s probably their upbringing. They both come across as stand up guys. Respectful. I’d throw Trey Canard into that group as well.

Also, they both hardly ever swear where most others would. I’ve noticed that a bit.
