😂 my husband hates my pork chops. Yes, I am guilty of over-cooking them out of sheer fear. 🤷‍♀️🤣 I honestly thought they had to be 180° or more so yeah... dry. 😂 I'll try 145/150 😬 next time. Thanks!

1st cook to 150f then tent in tin foil and temp will rise to appropriate level. Let stand for 5 min so liquid returns to meat.

Ooohhhh never thought of bacon around pork cutlets or chops! I usually do them in some spiced up Mayo and then pork Panko crumbs....

My problem with pork on carnivore is there isn't enough fat in chops or loin compared to red meat. I made pork loin last night, needed to eat chicken afterwards.

I’m great at cooking pork until it’s almost jerky. Years ago I bought some butterfly pork chops and while cooking them saw some little white “things” and realized they were moving. I haven’t seen that again in years, but obviously that memory is burned in my memory
