Thanks Andre! I definitely think it is easier than ShowExpress, MyDMX Go is a much simpler product than SoundSwitch or ShowExpress. MyDMX Go is easier but the outcome isnt even close to what SoundSwitch can do
@@thedjbriansmith -- I bought two of them yesterday. I already have two of the gigbar II's. Honestly, unless something drastic changes my mind I am probably going to take them back. Biggest problem? WAY too heavy! It works for me, but I would worry that my wife would wind up either hurting herself or dropping one of them. I will probably do a head to head review of how it stacks up against some of my other lights (generic 25 watt moving heads) on youtube using sound switch. We'll see, but so far you appear to be right.
Interesting news! I've been using SS for a while but when I've quite big set of lights, I'd like to know is there any good way to make programming / visualizing without building the whole setup live and then do the magic.. Some visualizing software etc.. Like they have in ChamSys.. Thx!
Hey Jukka! When I need to do that kind of work I use Capture www.capture.se/ It is not free but they have a demo that last I checked allowed you to use it for 90 minutes. You can connect SS to it via ArtNet. It may also be possible to use ArtNet with ChamSys as well!
