I just watched an interview with LeAnn and she suffers from terrible, debilitating depression; something that has kept her out of the limelight. Awesome to see her perform so incredibly!
The lady in the red dress is Jennifer Nettles of the country group Sugarland. Jennifer is one of the few ladies whose voice is as powerful and beautiful as LeAnn's. If you haven't heard Jennifer sing O Holy Night, you really should find it. On Sirius FM, she did a combo of O Holy Night and Hallelujah that was spectacular. I found that version on the internet recently and have watched and listened to it a few hundred times since. That was the only Christmas present I need.
LeAnn is NOT honored the way she should be, she has a gift of God and when she sings a song does it to perfection. Check out her singing The Story, has well as she sang on the Mask Singer as the Sun and won check out all of her songs she did again to perfection. Thank u Ms Britt yet again. 😊
LeAnn is still a young woman and will be around a long time yet. I'm here for it. I think she's absolutely fantastic. She can sing anything and slay it.
Absolutely stunning. LeAnn has one of the best voiced ever. When I was finishing post graduate studies, she hit the scene with Blue - a 13 year old phenom, yodeling her way to fame. A few years ago she did the Masked Singer and blew everyone away - you should review a compilation of those performances.
Fun fact I just escorted her for her performance in Las Vegas the night before last and last night. She’s a very nice person in person and so is her friends and family.
the notes are a complication however her ability to keep the roundness of the tonality is impeccable. but that’s what she’s known for. what stunning xontrol
Wow!!! That's one I haven't heard before. LeAnn is amazing. The presenter in the red dress was Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland. You've reviewed a few songs from them I think. Merry Christmas to you and yours. ❤
LeAnn won the show Masked Singer a few years ago as the Sun. There is a compilation video of the songs she performed and one of them stunned the crowd into silence when she was done.
The story behind Carol of the Bell it was Written in 1916 by Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovich and titled “Shchedryk,” the song tells the tale of a swallow flying into a household to proclaim the plentiful year that the family will have. The song's title is derived from the Ukrainian word “shchedryj,” which means “bountiful.” Dating back to the pre-Christian era that Ukrainians sang in the spring when swallows returned from their winter migration. it more about the season than the actual Christmas Day.
The first Rock version of this that I ever saw was by the Trans Siberian Orchestra, and it was titled Christmas in Sarajevo. That video will rock your world, it tells the same story but it was made during some war times in the region. Some parts are a little dark, but the end is super cuteness.
You mentioned Pentatonix, they have done a version of this song, and it is just as awesome as you would imagine it to be. Not to dismiss Leann of course. She is a truly gifted singer.
Back in the mid 90s I was dating a girl (both of us in our 20s) who wanted to get into country music. She was a good singer, but only sang really slow, soft songs while just standing in one place on stage. She was in a show one time where they bring on a bunch of singers and each gets a chance on stage. My girlfriend goes up and does a good job, but it wasn't anything spectacular. A few acts later and the host of the show starts to announce this new talent in the area. Says she really has something. Then he says. "Please welcome 12 year old, Lee Ann Rhymes!!!" She absolutely put everyone else in that show to shame. She was belting out notes that more experienced singers have a hard time with and she worked every inch of that stage like she was born in it. I wanted to look at my girlfriend and say, if you want to make it,you gotta be more like that. But I was at least smart enough to keep my mouth shut. G Within about a year, Lee Ann Rhymes was all over the radio.
This is an insanely difficult song to sing and she absolutely killed it. Another version of this song that I think you would really enjoy reacting to by the group Voctave.
Brit you should really check out The Masked Singer episode that Leanne Rhymes was in.truly shows her versatility and its so fun because you don't know who it is at first.b
I found your channel through a 'suggested'. Sending you and your loved ones good tidings through this internety thing. Thank you again. I don't know this Christ person but I will check out his playlist. lol. You are a delight, keep bringing joy, all the best to you all, Thomas,@@brittreacts
Just thinking, I've been down and very sad lately , I'm playing it again! I need an uplift. I'm not a Christian, but there is something good about that guy. Merry Christmas to you all!@@brittreacts
LeAnn burst onto the country music scene at a young age. She was a top tier artist for some time. She has more graduated to one of the old guard now, like Reba, etc.
I am sure someone has said that the lady in the red dress is Jennifer Nettles from Sugarland. Also two suggestions for you, give Sugarland's song "Stay" a listen, but you need to listen to the official video to appreciate the emotions she goes through. Then after research the song and why she wrote it and about the filming of the video. Next suggestion is to check the Celtic Women holiday songs. Thanks for what you do, we love your reactions.
Just beautiful! For a spectacular rendition of "Do You Hear What I Hear?" give a listen to the song as performed by Home Free. Hearing them do it was like hearing the song for the first time for me. You will love it.
Leanne is amazing. I love her voice…BUT, for me, the best voice I’ve ever heard would be either Solji or IU… if you don’t know, you really should 😁 Solji is the First and Original winner of King of Mask Singer… from South Korea… and crazy enough IU is also from South Korea… both of these incredible artists have been giving me chills for years now… there’s many talented artists in the world, but no one has ever come close to these two for me.
This was a really nice version of Carol of the Bells, especially with only her sing this....now it's time you check out Pentatonix version (which had 300 Million views) !!
LeAnn's is great I still listen to Trans-Siberian Orchestra version more cant understand them singing either , so instrumental tends to be more enjoyable
Hey Brit, since you liked her spin on this song, can I suggest another. "Carol of the Bells" by the acapella group MayTree. They put their talent into it in such an amazing way. I won't spoil it giving you any hints, just check it out!
Britt, if you want to hear another amazing female vocalist try Annie Haslam and Renaissance. If you want links let me know. Thanks for all the great reactions
Only 3 or 4 reactors have ever reacted to one request of mine and others want a donation for my request and i know its a business but it saddens me a little bit because i cant ever donate. I cant even afford groceries most of the time. Living off of ramen and sandwiches. I just had to make that known because its not that i dont support alot of yall, its just that i cant donate. Thats why its a little sad for me and my requests but at the same time im happy because i have jesus in my life. I do love your reactions though. Have a blessed day.
LeAnn Rimes looks like a girl I knew in high school. Had an a--hole of a boyfriend but gladly they aren't together anymore. Anyways, you should check out her song, "Its Christmas, Eve" from her movie It's Christmas, Eve.
I know a Christmas song you will love by Deborah Allen the name of the song is rocking little Christmas. I hope you can react to it before Christmas is over. Thanks🧡
Beware of someone pretending to be Britt offering you a price package. This a scam. You will be asked for more and more money. When I confronted this person that I was going to post this, I was threatened that I should stop or I will regret it.
My favorite Christmas song ever. I made a Playlist of just this song by every artist imaginable. I'm a freak. Lll. This is good but I despise her. She is a cheater and a homewrecker and her husband as well. I shun cheaters. If you don't like the situation you are in grow some balls and communicate to your significant other. Don't be a disgusting lying cheater.
