Love you guys recent Korea and Japan videos, me and couple buddies planned to travel to both places after graduating from college in April 🔥. Appreciate on all the itineraries suggestions 😁
After visiting both Nintendo Worlds in Japan and Hollywood, I feel that both parks are better in their own ways. In Japan, there is a lot more different activities to do, with more variety of different foods that are way better than Hollywood's Toadstool Cafe (Except for the Burgers, Hollywood does them better), they also have their own unique headbands which japan's headbands are better, while hollywood's shirts and hats are better. And rides like Mario Kart, compared to Hollywood, takes less time to line up for than in Hollywood. If you are lucky, you can get in to Japan's Nintendo World as early as 7:30am in the morning. However, unlike Hollywood, there are some days where you MUST book a Timed Entry Ticket (Virtual Line) in order to get to the park, and sometimes you must go to a specialized kiosk to book them. Meeting mascots (except Toad) is much stricter, due to the fact that unlike Hollywood, you are not allowed to have your phone to take pictures with mascots, you must stand in a specific position when you meet mascots, you must pose how the mascot poses for pictures, and you must pay 6000 yen for pictures. While in Hollywood, it's just you interacting with the mascot, the staff are allowed to use your phone for picture taking, and you are allowed to greet the mascots with how you like to greet them (plushies). When I met Princess Peach in Japan, the line takes longer compared to Hollywood (30 minutes in Japan). And she would just interact with the staff member every time and only interact with me based on what the staff tells her to do for the first 30 seconds of the meet and greet to fill in that time. When I even tried to greet her with my plushies, she just ignores them. When I met Princess Peach in Hollywood the line is way shorter (2-15 minutes), and she is even willing to get to know more of my different plushies, and with Toadette being her favourite, she would always be happy to hold her and hug her for the picture-taking. The meet and greet is straight to the point and no nonsense.
The Harry Potter ride (The Forbidden Journey) is one of the most popular rides at Universal so you can always expect a long line. We do recommend purchasing an express pass if your budget allows it :)
Hi Jacky! We went around Halloween weekend so it was very busy, the lines were long so if you have the extra funds, we definitely recommend purchasing an express pass to beat the lines and have more time exploring the parks and other rides :)
Does anyone know which train that we would need to take from Ginza to Universal Studios Japan? We will be staying in Ginza and would love to go to Universal.
Omg great video I’m dying to go to universal in Japan. Random dumb question, but what did you do with your bags before you went on the rides? Unless they were cool with riding with your book bags on 😊
I’ve been waiting for this USJ vlog! I can see how much fun Jan and Ann had there by looking at your big smiles😆 How cool that you two fully enjoyed at my favorite attraction in Japan! Thanks for sharing lovely memories♥️
Hahaha amazing amazing japan vlog. In Orlando they would have those chainsaws in the park roaming around scaring people haha. Thank you for making me laugh and smile🤙🏼🙂
What a fun vlog! I always love your reactions to everything. I'm so excited that you got your robe, Ann~ what a fabulous souvenir. I went to Universal Studios in Japan when it first opened, but I really MUST go to Super Nintendo World!! Thanks again for another wonderful video!
I was wondering if y'all will make a video with tips and tricks. I am currently on the hunt for good face mask for people with glasses and any other information that has to do with Japan. I am going in April and I'm super excited.
Lovely couple, Congratulations to you guys for your new remarkable video today’s from Osaka, Japan this weekend in February of 2023 @ the Universal Studios 2023❤❤❤
Newbie here! I found your vlog when I was looking for Japan tour vlogs and I ended up bingeing your vids. Just subscribed and looking forward to watch more vids from you guys.
Great vlog, looks so fun! Is Univ Studios Japan similar to the one in Los Angeles? We've been to the one in LA many time so wondering if it would be worth it to take the family there next month. Thanks!
I didn't know that place was oldest dim sum. We ate there and it was delicious. We also made friends with some locals that recommended dishes. We were the only westerners there, but we found Hong Kong people to be really friendly. I miss Hong Kong
Loved the vlog guys. Questions - Did they fact that most of your interactions and the shows were in Japanese, did it affect much at all of your enjoyment ? Was it a big factor? Look forward to your next post.
Hey Jan and Ann, Just wanted to say, your videos are amazing. Great cinematography and beautiful story telling. You both look very cute together. We are heading Japan next week and are super excited for that. Good luck with your channel, hope you reach 100k soon
Hi! I’m planning to visit Japan and USJ in Oct 2023! May I ask if the Halloween Horror Nights tickets are bought separately and whether we have to exit the theme park before HNN hours actually starts? Thanks in advance!!!
Any tips on making sure you actually get into the Nintendo World- I hear you need time tickets- but where is that located in the park? Thanks for any help!
Just found out your channel, ma'am/sir 🤗. We appreciate you for sharing your experience in Japan😊 Enjoy your adventures 🥂 Sending support from Kimchiboi TV. Watching from S Korea 🇰🇷❤️
