I work in physical therapy in a skilled nursing facility. I have for 7 years. Joe looks today like my dementia patients that are on steep decline. By the way he walks and handles the stairs, he should be using a rollator for mobility. He should be on intensive speech therapy to preserve cognitive function. He needs these types of things because the way he’s presenting now he is looking at a fall with a broken hip in under six months. He had to turn diagonally to get down the stairs, which means his hips and knees aren’t strong enough to take them going down forward. It’s sad and dangerous.

This reminds me of my grandma. 7-8 years ago she was completely fine sane person that you could look up to. Today it’s rare for her to say 1 full sentence clearly she can’t most of the time. Complete lie. A special counsel said that he would present as a well-meaning older man with a poor memory. Nothing at all about him being unfit, let alone unfit to stand trial, and none of it ever went to court. Meanwhile, that same special counsel took an absolute beating for the misrepresentations he relied on to even make that claim in the first place. Don't get me wrong Trump lies about a long of things and sensationalises things (eg the wall) but he tells less lies than others and he also has a healthy relationship with Putin and the Kims, which could alone, stop a very devastating war from continuing or worsening.

I work with dementia patients its sad. And remember thats some ones loved one quickly losing the abikity to understand why he is having these feelings and he will end up just having feelings and not knowing why.

I always imagine that dementia patients must experience a lot of stress sometimes when they're trying to keep appearances up but they just can't remember things. We all know how akward it is forgetting someone's name. Now imagine being a presidential candidate where all the eyes are on you, and you have to debate and give speeches etc.
