The biggest thing to me is when someone asked him about the ending and he said it's not going to be one of those endings where you get nothing from it and its definitely building to something great. Then arriving at the center literally just restarts you in a new galaxy.

@@FieryVigil Well, even though it isn't some epic ending or anything and I can understand it not being great to some people, you do *technically* get something from it (new galaxy, and each galaxy has different algorithms for the procedural generation). You can also see it as a great ending if you look into the lore deeper and kind of start to think more deeply, because it really shows that you are only a very small and insignificant being in the universe (aside from being a Traveller entity) and you merely exist, instead of being some big "chosen one" who does something that changes everything. I'm not sure if that makes sense how I wrote it, but hopefully it does.

Sure, doing it on a galactic scale is somewhat more impressive, but still: the "not the chosen one" narrative is as old as the "chosen one" narrative.

By and large I personally am a linguistic descriptivist rather than a prescriptivist, but using a word to mean the opposite of its better-established meaning is fucking stupid and no-one will ever convince me otherwise.

I've been playing since day 1 and ive catalogued over 100 planets that are lush,yet I feel that there is something more out there that just bugs me and makes me play this game,hell the creators don't even know what's in their own game.

They used some sort of infinite code to keep the generations going. I bet there's that one SUPER WEIRD planet that legit creeps the hell out of people.

xXRedLineXx there is indeed,the code they used is a complex mathematical formula which is A LOT of numbers and letters written on an entire paragraph and it is pretty complicated which all of it equals...42...yes...42...but still a REALLY complicated over the top mathematical formula.
