I'm a mainland cat. Everything and everywhere is within reach. For me, visting the Island is like going on a vacation. Mainland gives the complete Lagos vibe.
Lagos Street and traffic hawkers need to be instructed to buy visible reflective vest while trading at traffic and on the streets. This should be legislated. This will keep them safer and organised while out there selling to passengers in cars and various vehicles. At night, a laminated vest is essential too as the country struggles to supply street lights power.
Beatiful and Clean 👏🏻 but I wish buses can be rebranded to color white, to make the city look less disorganized. Color Yellow seem to be too loud and it disfigures the face of lagos .
You can't find yellow buses on the Island from Ikoyi, Victoria Island to Lekki. Only on the Mainland but they will soon be phased out... Cos the Govt is providing alternatives like the last mile buses, light rail, Lagos Ride (Blue cabs) etc
You need to calm down and re-read the caption.. it says "It's the CAPITAL CITY OF LAGOS"... Meaning, capital of Lagos = Ikeja. The caption does not mean Lagos is Nigeria's capital.
The thumbnail its self shows that it is not America but Nigeria a developing country. See how dusty the road is? Please I love my fellow African country but please stop with the stupid comparison because the thumbnail doesnt even support what you are trying to potray .
@@triedstoneSportshonestly, from an outsider looking in, this tribalism needs to stop. I am neutral, but you Nigerians are stronger when united. I am telling you other African countries will use the divide in your country to defeat you, or use against you. Igbo is great, Yoruba is great. Both tribes have their strong qualities.
Fortunately this blame is far more structured and have soul than many cities in U.S. Fyi, I grew up in Chicago and I'm currently here. Forget Hollywood, U.S have more fucked up places than Nigeria or other places in Africa
Did you mean accra? There are two sides of Lagos. There's the mainland and island. The mainland which is what was shown in the video is an average part of lagos, but on the island you will find more affluent neighborhoods in the state and it is more gentrified than the mainland. Don't mind the title, I know it's quite upsetting.
You said this place is not even beautiful as Ghana a country? Hope you know that this is Ikeja city the capital of Lagos state? Lagos is a mega city with over 20million population and other cities within the City. Abuja is the capital of Nigeria
Ghana? *Exhibition of Filth* is currently airing on JoyNews television in Ghana. Yes, go and watch it and come back and let's talk about Ghana, the real *S* hole.
I'm raised in U.S and ill rather be anywhere in Nigeria than that soulless, come and drugs ridden place and called America. There's a reason majority of their billionaires run to build mansions in Africa. Bill Gates is a prime example
Every little opportunity y'all would want to bash or talk down Nigeria. Where you are, is it your fatherland or colonial master's? That makes you feel cool and non African right? 😅
@@alegbekehinde8753he knows exactly that it is click bait .There are so many videos with such captions but the thumbnails they use support the caption or title. This video's thumbnail literally supports the title this is not America indeed even a blind man would see. You can clearly see from the picture this country is not developed so its a stupid title honestly. Check Steven Ndukwu's recent video about 'Europe in Africa' you can clearly see what he/ Steven is talking about , not this joke of a video.
