What a beauty to behold. I love Ozubulu my town. Kudos to the producers of this video, we only need to have a proper town planning so that when we become a mega city in few years coming it won't be a mess of a city. We still have the chance to plan now. God bless OZ🏝🏘
You beat me to it. It seems our sense of development is hinged on erecting buildings on every inch of vacant land. I could only notice two major roads in the video, and it’s ok if Ozubulu wants to remain a structurally disorganized town.
Immediate town planning is needed in Ozubulu so that it doesn't end up like most of Nnewi. Fortunately we have a lot of land on the Ozubulu - Atani axis on the other side of the Onitsha Owerri expressway. The Anambra state government under Obiano designated that part of Ozubulu an industrial zone. It should be well planned like Harbour Industrial Estate Onitsha. The roads need to be built extremely wide for trailers and using concrete base. There needs to gas supply for power like in Ogun state. An Anambra born business owner's company, Falcon Engineering built most of the gas infrastructure in Lagos and Ogun state. The manufacturers use gas fir power.
