I’d love a neighborhood decorating stream!! Decorating is what I struggle with the most and love seeing how other do it.

As I said to you on Instagram I lowkey feel like the majority of my island is filler lmao

Turned my city island into something more rural and I'm now going back to that city life. I realized it's my fave style. But that means big renovations. Never restarted though so that's nothing new for me, I actually enjoy it.

I think you should do a stream decorating the neighborhood I think that would be really enjoyable!💕

I wish I could add a picture but, I watch your videos/streams with my toddler. He loves it, it’s wholesome so I don’t need to worry about any negative content, and I get ideas for my island. So thank you for the entertainment and content we can both enjoy.🥰

My kids are helping out, and we've been doing what we can to make it a place she would have loved. Hopefully, we can accomplish that and have it look amazing!

I've been lightly decorating and moving towards completing my island (it's just tedious) but I havent played acnh too frequently, I mostly have been playing Genshin Impact

Little fun fact: Cherry jello can be made with 2 cherries and gives you 5 food slots! The orange marmalade also gives you 5 and uses 3 oranges to make. I find that these are my quickest and cheapest food sources

Currently doing as many odd jobs as a teen can so I can afford my very own switch, and ofc acnh. I’ve been on a deep dive of how to prepare so my first island is amazing, and your videos really help me :)

The island I'm currently working on is a mix of different styles that I like. Certain areas are more forestcore & fairytale, and the town/ beach area resembles the french riviera a bit. I get a lot of inspiration from studio ghibli, mainly kiki's delivery service and whisper of the heart because they're my favourite :)

I want to start this off by saying I LOVE your design for your island, it looks beautiful! On to the reason why I’m commenting: Blue Bloods by Melisa de la Cruz is an AMAZING series. I read them all when I was in middle school (I’m 30 😅) and I loved them. I just re-read the series a few months ago and found that I still loved the series. The idea behind the series is pretty intriguing and one I had never heard of before. And Melisa de la Cruz does a great job of marrying fact with fiction which, in my opinion, is needed when you are writing a series such as one about ancient demons/nephilim and marrying that with the lore of vampires. The first book is slow to start, but once you get into the book it’s moves fast. Definitely one of my favorite series of books that I have read. If you like the Blue Bloods series, I recommend the House of Night series (yet another vampire series), which also does a great job of marrying fact with fiction in terms of Vampire and Native American lore. LOVE YOUR ISLAND. I just started playing animal crossing new horizons again and have decided to start over (I wasn’t very far in the first place) and am so lost on how to build my island and where to start! 😩

You are a terraforming goddess!! You have inspired me to try more terraforming on my island. I’m just trying to finish up my island so I can update my DA and be happy with it. I have like 4 cliffs to redecorate, a river mouth to figure out, and a neighborhood to rearrange. It’s fine. I’m fine.

I also recall reading Blue Bloods when I was a teen but can't remember the storyline much... guess it wasn't a standout for me! Great build! Terraforming always exhausts me trying to get it right!

I'm starting a new main island, super pumped! It's based on the palace of Versailles, I got tired of having an island only dedicated to trading and farming items, so I wanted to have a space for trade and farming, but also make it look pretty and keep most of my villagers.

Terraforming terrifies (no pun intended) me lol but I’m currently starting my 2nd island where I’m going to try and be braver with my terraforming choices lol. It’s going to be a movie-themed island called Storybrook where the characters from all my favorite movies live in relative harmony - from standards like disney & HP to Lord of the Rings, Interstellar, Apollo 13 and even some favorite baseball movies like Sandlot and Field of Dreams. I love all the themed islands but for myself that's too much pressure for creativity. So my current island is "all the things" themed lol. I have a city area, ruined castle area, farm (still hunting for Agnes to run it), and soon to have a gnomish fantasy forest with giant flowers and vines. 😁 also i love your commentary

In Animal Crossing, Im trying to plan out a wind powered type deal, where tech meets nature, kind of like in Pokemon, with a Gyroid FOREST off to the side somewhere. Outside of that, I've been playing Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel and today I PLATINUMED Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series

I'm currently building an area that is gonna have waterfalls and houses and bush to lead into my shrine on my Japanese island! I'm also working on the rest of my island (I do the majority of a build, then go onto the next and keep adding to the previous, etc). I never really finish builds, with a few exceptions. I'm trying to figure out a cliff. Currently I'm laying in bed, with my cat, exhausted but warm after doing a ballet intensive in a major city in my country (we just got back). We went ice skating (I fell on my bottom and bruised my tailbone!), walked around the middle of the city and a big mall, did an escape room, and went to a nature and fantasy exhibition too! Overall I did around 14 hours of intense exercise (12 hrs ballet, 2 hrs ice skating), and lots of walking in under 4 days. I'm so tired and sore and need rest. I got some nice hair products from sephora when we were at the mall so I'm excited to try that tomorrow morning!

I appreciate the lo fi Song of Storms. I've only been playing off an on, slowly racking up the 2.0 items and wealth I need to polish my island (and procrastinating the next pruning session, again). I didn't make much progress until I Nookazoned the moss stickers. Then a lot of things just rng'd into me finally. I've been spending much of my time in Genshin Impact (which ironically is the one game with cute colorful characters that I don't want to make ACNH cosplays of). It's kind of nice in general since along with the entire anime fantasy rpg game of the game core, there's an optional Animal Crossing like side content you can interact with. It's a bit overwhelming since it's got even more freedom in decorating in some ways. Then again, it's really hard to decorate two games at once. I keep accidentally wanting to use a certain piece of furniture only to remind myself it's from the other game.

I'm working on my entrance, my island is called Sorbet and the left half is summer core and the right is a very icy winter (the date is set to January and I'm using grass custom designs for the summer side). So I'm trying to make an entrance that shows the boundary between the two halves, but still looks nice

I remember reading "Blue Bloods" ages ago when the vampire trend after Twilight was super huge, but not much about the book itself.. The House of Night series was the only one that captured that same spark for me and every other book, I just wound up donating :P After visiting the DA for Lost Falls today, I finally decided it's time for me to tear down some areas of my island I'm not happy with and try something new. I've already brainstormed an idea for a shopping district with the medieval building sides... maybe even try the bridge on the cliff between the two, but not sure yet. Totally get your issue with decorating- I wanted a waterfall setup on my island cuz I'd seen so many on other islands, but after the terraforming, I couldn't figure out what to do with it. So that whole area is gonna be torn down and that's where my house will go (it's currently the middle of where I want the shopping district to be and I want that to eventually connect to the secret beach)
