Yes, their build up to the Wall of Sound is a signature theme for them. And whoever edits their vids are phenomenal. I know some people give PTX a hard time because they say their vids are too boring. Those people don't know what true artists are like PTX. An a capella group is about voices, not about visual effects and PTX plays to their voices in every vid because they are true artists. Glad you're enjoying this ride with us!

@@CShayOfficial To really appreciate Bohemian Rapsody, listen to the original Queen version before doing the Pentatonix version. They tried to stay as true to the original without the use of instruments. Don't feel bad about stopping to comment, replay, or just to stay "legal". First time through you may want to re-listen to a section just to concentrate on what you thought you heard. Bottom line is it's your channel, your rules.

i understand why you need to pause, i dont understand why people give reactors a hard time about it. I want to hear reactions as they happen, and not talk over the video and have you miss some spectacular moment. Some reactors are also blurring out videos, chopping out parts of original i order not to get blocked. Id rather the blur/transparent than the chopping up but i watch official for the song and you for the reaction so do what you have to do.

if someone wants to watch uninterrupted - they can go to the original video and watch that through. i'd rather the pause to comment/react than talking over the music, 'cause you might miss something. And thank you for backing up before resuming!

Pausing is part of reactions anymore so don't worry about it, most of us understand. I've often said that even on their deep, kind of sorrowful songs, they put me in a good mood because of the vocals. Great reaction again Shay!

829 and counting: When you hit 1,000 do Sing by PTX, it is such a fun upbeat song! For all of us with Anxiety, we can Identify with this song. The 'shadow selves' walking behind them starts out going forward and they reverse and start going backwards. This is superbly shot and their emotion in their faces and voices just show how we feel when we are in an anxiety attack. 10 seconds in when Matt hits us with his first low note I got chills, and when Mitch said 'See right through me', I choke on a sob. I have seen this video over 15 times now and it still affects me. EVERYOEN READING THIS We are worth it, We are glorious, WE BELONG!

We like pausing. That way you can react at the time you think of something that catches your attention. Anyone can watch the video on PTXofficial channel if they don't want pauses. Good reaction. Glad that you liked the video.

Those who complain you stop too much are not true Pentaholics or they do not understand reaction videos. We have seen most of their videos numbering into 10's to 100's of times so we are watching for YOUR reaction, not to watch the video again, so relax and let them roll of your back. Thanks for doing another PTX! I have a non PTX request if you're looking for another emotional ride. Stay by Sugarland. It's country and every time I watch the video I cry no matter how many times I've seen it. The lyrics combined with her singing is just so moving.

It may be a bit outside your wheel house, but if you are into rap at all you should totally check out Watsky! He is a poet turned rapper and has some wonderful songs with some intricate lyrics that have many layers to them. If you are looking for his speed and talent I would recommend "don't be nice" or "whoa whoa whoa" or if you are looking songs with more thought behind the lyrics "stick to your guns" or "welcome to the family" are both great. And there is lots of other variety in his songs outside those as well!

You might want to check out Home Free if you would like more uplifting/lighthearted songs. In my opinion, they are (almost) as good as Pentatonix, but concentrate mostly on country/gospel/southern rock. There has been cross overs between the two groups. Home Free fans are called Home Fries. You will find the there are cross over fans as well, sometimes called Pentafries. LOL

CShay PLAYZ you could always dip your toes in with Ring Of Fire ft PTX’s Avi Kaplan. Or you could try one of their non-country songs. How about All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor. Or Can’t Stop The Feeling by Justin Timberlake. Or Castle On The Hill by Ed Sheeran. There’s quite a few Home Fries who don’t like country music but absolutely LOVE Home Free. Like, coz it’s Home Free, it’s OK

@CShay PLAYZ So, this is one of my favorite songs ever. It's just one of those songs that's so highly versatile, because there are so many variations that have come out since Tears For Fears in the 80s. Every variation has brought its own personality to the song and made it work. I'd like to suggest yet another variation for you to react to on your channel... Smash Into Pieces - Mad World (Official Music Video) If you've never heard of them, I honestly recommend checking out some of their other videos, because I'd love to know what you think of them. " Big Bang" is one of my personal favorites. 🤘

Brian Justin Crum performed with Scott and Mitch on the Katie Perry cover of Rise. He has an amazing voice. So does Callum Scott, who joined PTX for a show when they were on tour.

If you enjoy awesome a cappella music, you should also check out VoicePlay and Home Free. Home Free is a cappella with a country flare, Man of Constant Sorrow would be an awesome intro. VoicePlay have a lot of really awesome covers, with Halloween right around the corner Oogie Boogie’s Song it amazing, and will give you a great idea of what their bass, Geoff, can do.

And when you’re not sick of Pentatonix anymore, check out this rough phone cam cut of a concert in Singapore. It’s rough, but it’s the best. I really love your reactions, it doesn't hurt that you listen to the stuff that I really do like. As for things that you might like(since you've been watching some of what lauren babich does) you might like Violet Oralandi's solo stuff. Like she does a really good cover of Linkin Park's Numb. As for ptx in particular, a great one is Bohemian Rhapsody or Say Something.
