THIS is Sonic '06 in 2024 (and it's actually good) 

People keep saying Sega should hire ChaosX. If Sega hired ChaosX, he would not be allowed to work on this for 6 years. Sega would of made him release an incomplete, rushed version of P06

Imagine Project '06 is complete in 2026 and then it's called "Sonic '26" (pron. "two-six"), that would be poetic. lol

Gosh i really wish the cutscene from the start of wave ocean was actually implemented in game, it fits right in

Little things like Sonic actually looking at the volcano really does add to the immersion. I never noticed he did that until now.

I love the constant exposure you’re giving P-06, because it deserves it. If this was what 06 was all along, it’d be considered one of Sonic’s best games. I’m tempted to get a PC purely to play P-06 when it is completed. Even as a kid, I saw the lost potential in this game. Keep it up Stelmo, happy new year to you💪👍

I'd really like it if the first section of Shadow's Dusty Desert were replaced with another Rouge key hunt. The large open area is perfect for it, and it would put all three characters in Shadow's final level, like Sonic's Aquatic Base.

My dream is for Sega to collab with ChaosX and make this a console release

Something I would really like to see is the sections cleanly transitioning between each other without loading screens. As well with the music cleanly transitioning as well with it changing on beat 1 of the measure either right when or after the player gets control, or in the case of Mach speed sections, when Sonic appears to ready up.

I just downloaded it today and astonished at how great it feels. I really hope people make custom levels because I'm going through them like crazy and as fun as they are I'm gonna run out of stuff to do once I get all S ranks

I hate that I can't play this amazing fangame on my laptop, because it runs pretty bad on it, which shows how much work was put into this game.

24:04 This isn't a Unity thing. Either they just don't know how to do it, or the game is set up in a way that makes it a pain to implement. Hopefully this gets fixed because it makes the red gem absolutely useless here. The only use case I can see for it would be better handing in a mach-speed section, but you aren't allowed to use gems in those.

woah i didn't even know knuckles had different combos. i know you and chaosx talk a lot, it'd be cool if rouge had that too because i think the Y or triangle button isn't used with her. also i'd love a combo move for shadow where if you press X or square at the end of his homing attack combo you can use his chaos energy punch from sonic battle!

Funnily, You kinda can actually use a PS3 Controller to play P-06 but it's not a regular controller, but a fake one (like the ones that got dark grey matte color and they're less heavier). These fake PS3 controllers got PC support for some reason (idk why) but after you connect it to your pc and run the game, the controller works but the buttons are mapped wrong (like the jump button is in R3) So to map them right is to use the steam configuration and that's it.

would ChaosX also do a Sonic Unleashed remake? Would be fire too

I wonder where can you locate the actual game at? I've been trying to find this game for quite some time and I just don't know where to find it as far as the PC World goes.

I lost contact with Sonic after Saturn failure. When Sonic 06 appeared, I was owner of a ps3. So happy to finally make up with blue hedgehog... ...To be utterly disappointed with the lack of speed in every aspects of the game. 5 years later, I got a trial version of Sonic Generations : Reconciliation (and I finally played Adventure 1 and 2, Unleashed and finally finished Sonic 06 and played Sonic CD. I like everything related to improve that failure into a beautiful game. Scenario was great, locations were very detailed. I was sad it was so slow... Great job!

I am so happy that this game gets fixed!!! I always loved to how funny the game is despite how broken it was and also the fandub also helped. Project 06 is one of the best TRUE remasters!!!

Okay it could just be me, and this is mainly for whats said at the START of the vid, but, i honestly cant stand it when people say or treat 06 as one of the worst games ever. Whether it being said more as an exaggeration or just a standalone statement. Yes, for sonic games its a low point, there were too many things working against the team behind it for it to be as great as it could have been. But lets not pretend that there arent another few sonic games that are just as if not (imo) worse. People forget the Boom games exist, Lost World as far as i see hit similar lows for some people and then there was Forces...i hope i dont have to explain why in my opinion forces is worse than 06, but as a quick point at least 06 was trying to be original and give the series a bit of a fresh start. Games not perfect, not by a long shot, but its not the worst sonic game ive seen and its definately not the worst game, period, I've ever seen.
