Loved this video. Didn’t take the time to record and submit b roll, but it was awesome to see Everyone who did. Thanks for putting my vid at the end and in the description 😮. W vid and W Vulp Pro.
Wow, I am honored some of my footage was selected. Thank you so much for including me 😊. Congrats to Will and Brandon for reaching such a milestone!!! Vulp pro cleans up nice in a suit 👔
Feeling honored to see some of my submissions used! The Vulp Pro absolutely rocks. Congratulations on creating such a fantastic balisong, you guys rock! Also, Brandon Teeth Baker has me cracking up
Hey, I had a question. The question is pretty out of place tbh, but Ill try it. So on my Vulp the Zen Pin on the Safe Handle fell out. Well i would just place it back and add locktite but i lost the zen pin... My question is if there are any Zen Pins in the Vulp Package bc I dont think so. Ill try to replace it but I just want some help xD
Hi Will. I want you to know that videos like this and those on your second channel discussing your design process inspired me to peruse balisong design more fully than I had before. I entered the create with Nabalis competition and your advice and insight helped me so much in developing the Bird Of Prey. Your videos got me into this community, AND provided me with the determination to pursue this opportunity. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Ps. I haven't gotten a Vulp Pro yet but I plan on getting a teal false live blade and dyeing it the trans flag colors once my wallet opens up some more
For a beginner, would u recommend it? I mean I damn often drop it right? Will the g10 hold up the drops? Or should I go with the regular version at the beginning?
It would still be good as a beginner, though I would avoid concrete as that will scuff it more often. The G10 should hold up fine, but TBH you might want to invest in something cheaper like the original Vulp at first simply to find out if you like flipping before investing more money into the hobby!
@@WillHirsch oh I had balisongs as a child since they was legal here back than. And I bought one of those suuuuper cheap Chinese toy balis to find out 😅🤫 it’s fun and I think the difference between a good one and a cheap good one is like 50€. So why not start a little bit on the higher side. Gonna save up some money and try get a pro. Thank you for the reply 🫶
I love my vulp pro. My only critique is im not a huge fan of wide handle gaps. For me, it would be just about perfect if the handle gap was just a tiny bit less. All in all, its more than a solid purchase. 9/10 for my preferences.
Yo WHY does the BLACK AND WHITE ONE have a SILVER blade.... I can't take it. I would love to get one but that throws it all off for me. Why is it not a BLACK BLADE ??????
Cheers from Germany! The Vulp Pro looks great! So far i'm only flipping a Squiddy and want to get into the hobby more seriously haha. Would you guys therefore recommend the Vulp or the Vulp Pro? :)
All right so I really don't want a vulp Pro but damn it do I want to support you more and this video sorta makes me want a vulp Pro. fuck. Can't I just like give you the money directly or something? There can't be any way to do that right and still get a cool balisong in return, right?
Oh, I’m gonna ask is I broke my finger and now I want you to try all of the bone butterfly knives I’m trying to say the proper term but my auto correct keeps making me mess up but can you please please do it because I have one and I wanted to see if it’s good
I WAS LITERALLY TALKING TO MY FRIEND WHILE WATCHING THIS VIDEO ABOUT HOW I WANT TO OWN A BLACK AND ORANGE FALSE LIVE BLADE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEE RELEASE THAT I WANT IT SO BADLY
Check Brandon's modding video, it documents the whole disassembly process extensively ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-C-85fCcjKos.htmlsi=CDwHM_cE4-Y8770H
Orange and black will definitely fit in with the lineup. Maby a special addition Halloween vulp pro . With spiderwebs eched into the blade, pumpkins on safe handle and skulls on the bite handle. 🦊🧡👻
Having a really hard time with the vulp I am new to balisongs started out with a gifted theone cyoz (that was beat to hell) and recently decided to upgrade to the vulp but knowing it would be a week or two before it would arrive I ordered a g10 off Amazon that showed up the next day and that thing never left my hands until the vulp showed up today but I’m just disappointed now the vulp just doesn’t want to grip to my fingers.. I know it’s not a dexterity thing because I can flip the g10 all day I know it’s understood that they don’t have the best grip but everyone still seems to be really happy with them I however seem to get more and more frustrated every time I pick it up
Different balisongs require you to hold them differently. The G10 is very heavy, not great for flipping in terms of weight distribution (extremely handle heavy), and is of course super grippy because of the G10 on the handles. So you may just be used to the VERY high amount of grip the G10 has, which I would say is an abnormal amount of grip. Aluminum balisongs in general tend to be more slippery. If you wanted something a bit grippier, you could return the Vulp and get the Teflon Vulp, which has better grip. But it could be the Vulp just isn't for you! Which is part of being in the Balisong hobby. I've personally bought balisongs I thought I would LOVE that were almost universally liked that cost 3x the amount the Vulp did, and didn't like them. So it's just kind of the way it goes. But if you're not happy with it I would just return it, Nabalis has solid customer service. If you want something in that price range that has a bit more grip, the Extrusion or the Canyon are good choices from Nabalis. - Brandon
@@WillHirschthanks Brandon, after a few days I’ve come more accustomed to it I would love to try out the Teflon dipped or maybe the pro however I purchased the blemished vulp so no returns lol I did just order a canyon though, and as much as I would love to just buy everything my bank probably wouldn’t be too happy would you recommend purchasing a Teflon dipped over the pro or visa versa are they so much better than the basic vulp or should I just enjoy what I have and put the money towards something entirely different
Loved the video, great info and insights into the design changes and thoughts behind the pro. P.S. the individually sold live blades have already tuned bushings
Just wanted to say you did a great job on the vulp pro, I love my trainer and live blades, the customization, and the flipping of both weight-in and weight-out. The grip is great, tolerances are awesome, it's very comfortable, and the flipping is very refined, especially over the og vulp or other balis at this pricepoint.
There's no way they put drip on The Vulp Pro which is I love😍 and it puts a pretty funny thing and me almost fell on my chair. Love your creativity and ideas to be funny🥰
@@WillHirsch oh sorry for asking I just remembered I am not supposed to ask you for vulp questions I am supposed to ask nabalis. Sorry for bothering you. I saw video that says questions should go directly to nabalis
THE LITTLE SUIT also should note, the white g10 is actually jade white for some reason?? even though none of the actual units use it??? it was.. really weird getting it and finding out it wasn't the white i needed for my build
Sleep can wait 🤩🫡 I love mine and it has become one of my favorite flippers Mandatory Edit: Thank y’all so much for the shoutouts! You guys are insane ❤🙏
the time and effort gone into the vulp pro and this video is actually stellar. When i got into the hobby i learned very quickly what my preferences were in a balisong with the first one i truly loved being the Glidr Sahara, to this day i look for a super rounded fun and durable flipper thatd be the spiritual succesor and while i can't say the vulp pro is MY style? It's a beautiful flipper and i have been loving it ever since i picked it up. Trust when i say modding the vulp pro WILL happen 🔥🫶🏼💖
