Mby im the only one but i dont rly enjoy this change. Most mages already has to collect 3 times 1350 gold (2 staffa for rabadon and one for archangel/shadowflame). 1100 gold for rabadon and now 1200 mask or 1250 ludens. No other class has to steuggle that much with getting gold. I know "its just gold" but what to do when sfter fight you have 1k gold or less? You have to overstay

Omg....loook i knw you gotta clickbait thease things, but mages suck asss, while lux and friends are stuck ranged minions for the first 20 mins; ALL THE OTHER CLASSES CAN PLAY THE GAME. Not to mention mages dont even scale good compared to most things, so even when it is late game you get to use ur full burst on a kayle, watch her survive with half health without using ult cuz she has whits end,ofc, and than she proceeds to to kill EVERYTHING in 2 basic attacks, and she atacks kinda fast, not to mention she gets free moove speed and range so kiting her is impissible, and even if ur tank has 2 lvls on her she has the new rage blade and lethall tempo, totally skill expressing and ballanced things, and melts ur fed tank within aboute 3 seconds. Oh and she still has ult and she healled to full health while not really giving a fuck aboute manacosts. Thats kayle- a champion that dosent have to do anything but w8 for lvl16 and than click on stuff from a mile away, shes wayy eassier to play and way better than mages, so my question is simple: if you wanna win- why in all hells play a mage? Crit builds are beyond broken, ad items ingenerall are morbidly owertunned and shamelessly owerloaded while an providing eassier gameplay loop, an assasin can win in waveclear against a mage at all times, meanwhille you kill 2 vaves and go oom and the talon is allredy killing ur mapblind sidelane, and they ping you ofc, inspite ignoring ur pings of missing mid, they expect you to blindly follow theirs, into the river as a lvl 4 mage😂😂😂, not only do you loose 1v1 to BASICALLY EVERYTHING, youre allso immobile slow and late due to ur low base stats and slow waweclear, so if the enemy jungle has eyes, and they usually do unlike ur jungler, they will colapse on you and if the enemy mid rotates back from the roam not only is ur flash gone but so are you, ur other option is to stay mid and mute ur egomaniac draven main adc as he flames and spampings you for having a worse roaming speed than an assasin, he of course rage quits and makes the game even more fun for the mage player. Bruisers are statsticks and as a mage ure wet toilette paper, so the best you can do is 2 dmg and running for ur life, choose 1, as a full tank k'sante dashes to you from 3 screens away, after ulting and killing ur teamate and ignorring ur cc, cuz everyone has 3 dashes nowadays and half the ppl are cc imune- like yone who is unstopable most of the time in his dashes and he got a buff this patch, lovely i know. Even adc players can laugh at you and ur pittyfull ranged mage kit, as the kaisa outranges the shit out of you and has more mobility dmg and peeling tools than you could dream of but no base stat debuff to speak of. You cant kill tanks, ever, ure a mage and tanks are untouchable as far as you know, a zed with a black cleaver can do it, and many other things, but you can't. And ofc, the meeley ap brusier assasins comically reffered to as "mages" are not mages, they dont play like mages and theire owertunned beyond all reasson and ruin ap items, because nerfing kassadin gragas silas diana and ekko is hard, but nerfing cosmic drive r.o.a. and seraphs is eassy, whille allso imposing a rabadon tax of 3600 gold and an item slot ON THE MOST ITEM DEPENDANT CLASS IN THE GAME. Why rabadon exsists and why mage items cant be normally statted is beyond me...its just outright stupid and unfair, especially since mithic items exsist and scailing can be regulated through passives, and to add insult to injury mage items are extremly inefficient because they have 1 to 2 effects while all other classes have owerloaded items such as grudge that is 3 mage items combined, and more gold efficient and easier to build, yay. And ofc lets not forget katarina exists, basically a lategame kayle with dashes, and tank stats, and the brusier katarina is her best build CUZ HER BASE STATS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD....FOR SOME REASON....in conclussion mages need a class item update, removal of rabadon and according adjustments, a clear separation from silas and similar ape champs in future item balancing, less mana problems and more waveclear and base stat adjustments- unthill they get ALL OF THIS they will continue to suck ass at all stages of the game, and they will simply be outclassed. A .5% burn increase to Liandris is a laughable spit in the face from riot, i will literally print the patch notes to wipe my ass with, just to prove a point. Everyone talks about old league as if it were paradise, well it was, it was a mage mid meta, with skillshots and counter play, it was awesome, and id like to petition for such times to come back when well'koz xerath lux and ziggs played dodgeball on mid, and the edgelord assasin mains could not all in you 24/7 without any fear of consequences, im looking at you blue kayin top. I think it would be more ballanced less toxsic and waaaaay more fun for everyone.
