riot has made a response on custom skins numerous times that, as long as it's not like a game cheat, skins not ripping off intellectual property of riot (as in if you made a custom "space groove lux skin" for instance) and not being profited on (as in you can't sell these customs either) are okay to use. in other words, as long as the "custom skin" isn't an already-made skin by riot that is also not a cheat or being commercially sold, it should be fine. they do say they're keeping an eye on it, and I believe it's region-specific, but I've only seen mentions of bans in KR regarding custom skin stuff of this nature.

did you watch the same video I did? he was ahead, positioned super well, played very safe, had great map awareness, kept his dark seal & later mejai stacks, and still BARELY escaped diana, BARELY won the game. that diana was ridiculous being able to 1v5. how did ziggs and heimer get melted so often and STILL their tanky team that never really played together was holding it. a better enemy team would have easily won that game, despite yozu playing near perfectly

at that moment in time, yes she and many other mages needed a buff if they intended to not change the tank items / the notorious bruisers/tanks benefitting from jak'sho/heartsteel etc. as aforementioned, he played super well--yet despite playing arguably almost perfectly, he still almost lost that game. soo, how is it that showing she didn't need it?

All the early advantages he had and it was still so clutch lol and this is already post-buff bro. The tanks and bruisers just won't die. Lux is supposed to be one-shotting squishies anyway that's one of her specialties. Saying Lux isn't supposed to be one-shotting people when she's ahead/full-built is like saying Soraka shouldn't be able to heal constantly or ADCs shouldn't be melting people down late game

Because your ult is 15seconds with ultimate hunter and its broken + u have acces to red runes

personally I think domination and sorcery hold better runes for scaling than presence of mind since the ult hunter g gives cdr / relent hunter gives ms + you can take cheap shot for more dmg, and sorcery has a few good options as well. I don't personally feel like I ever run out of mana when I really need it in teamfights, although tbf I sometimes take blue buff. I definitely always appreciate the extra move speed or ult cdr though; it could be my bias, but I can recall many, many situations where taking red runes made the difference in either securing a kill or staying alive through superior positioning. And I suppose if you took precision, you could also take increase dmg to tankier units or increase dmg for low health units, but cheap shot (increased dmg on slow or root in lux's case) feels so much more consistent with her kit against all units.
