The firing order is a little confusing but eventually I get it 👍 ! ! ! ! ! ! Everyone Sims to be on a great move 💕🌺🌵 Nice shooting all around cowgirls and cowboys ! ! ! ! ! ! Specialy the ladies are good shots ! ! ! ! !
Can't believe I only just found this channel. Been binge watching so many vids now haha. I was wondering what less expensive 1873 revolver you would 100% recommend to a new buyer?
Really liked the comparison view; that format worked really well to show different order of fire as well as different speed. Economy of action seems like it plays a big part in overall course times, much more than I thought it would.
Economy of motion plays a major part. Any unneeded or unnecessary motion adds valuable time to the clock. Watch any of the top shooters in action and you will see how they use that principle to full advantage.
Thanks! And, yes, the new RV is workin’ out just great! In fact I just returned from 4 days in Eastern WA for the State Championship match and I’m heading out again for another adventure in it this weekend. 🤠
This was an excellent series. Your production quality just keeps getting better and better. My condolences to all you Washingtonians, dealing with your dictator-like legislature. I suppose if there is a bright side, you will be allowed to keep your 1866 assault weapons? ...... Groan.
Really like this approach. Allows for closer attention to individual stages and shooter performance.....including yourself. Plus, more variety for future production. The split screen action was great! Oh yeah....despite nearly "P"-ing yourself...shooting a clean match is also a great way to finish!
Im surprised to find out about this channel now. Ive been looking for something like this for years. Quick question, have you ever considered using brass hulls for 12 gauge? Ive heard the ones from Magtech are perfect for blackpowder.
Glad you finally found me (RU-vid doesn’t do a whole lot to promote my stuff 🤷♂️). Yes, I’ve used the brass hulls, they are fun and look cool. But, they are very impractical for Cowboy Action Shooting, in my opinion. They are heavier on the belt, take more time to load and, surprisingly, don’t eject as well from the shotgun. The brass swells from the heat and they get “stuck” in the chamber. Now, having said that, I’ve seen others use them with some success - so, your mileage may vary.
