Clearly shows how uneducated you are Bro India is such a big country with so much population and illiterate population as well. It is difficult to do these expensive projects for such big populations. Plus India is a very diverse country and tgere will obviously be some fighting
I recently visited Singapore and it is such a beautiful place. The place contains so many skyscrapers but whenever I go out, I feel like I am walking in a forest and not a city. Really admire the development the country has gone through.
@@lucyfiniarel2347 Yes, Singapore is also the country with the highest no. of lightning days per year. All buildings & bus stops are designed to guard against it.

Went to Singapore in December 2012. Was already a clean scenic concrete forest. Seems like it has just gotten better. Singapore never fails to amaze you.

I lived in sg for 8yrs life changer .. I still follow n live with some good practices…I don’t throw garbage in streets , I don’t pee on the roadsides, obey traffic signals ..rest all not in my hands 🙌🏽

This is the perfect ex of blending our technology with nature without harming our earth and fulfilling all our desires. Hope Indian also become like this in future
I used to live in Singapore but weather is so hot and you can't enjoy the greenery..now I'm living in Finland and we have forest everywhere and you can enjoy the nature in summer.

@@CrossbredmiMiyang yes, it's so much common sense to turn singapore into a concreate pan and replace the puny trees with plastic ones, once the real once wilt, as they tend to do within weeks after planting, because the heat is too much. Must protect the people (but not from heat stroke I guess). You are so smart.
Singapore my favourite country/city. Bc I'm Malaysian. Singapore is my neighbour country. I have ever visit Johor Bahru. Johor is very closer to Singapore.
Yes Singapore is indeed green and clean. We are a little Red Dot but we are very rich with billionaires migrating here bcos is is indeed almost crime free
It's so crazy to think that green spaces, something that's cost-free in theory and objectively beneficial have become something only the privileged and more developed places can enjoy. Nobody wants to live in a concrete urban hellscape, but yet the majority of the world does. When will we reach the breaking point and turn the tide once and for all? We need more beautiful parks, reliable public transport and communal areas, and fewer cars, highways, and boring highrises.
You missed out our rooftop gardens. They are found on the rooftop open space of our multi-storey car parks as well as the top floor of some mega shopping malls.
Bangalore is also naturally very green When I say naturally I mean trees are planted by squirrels and not humans I know a lot of other places are much greener, but for a cosmopolitan city being green, I think Bangalore has it
Im an urban planner, and sorry to say this is not the future. Plants on buildings and skyscrapers in general are very unsustainable things and are made to impress, not for practicality.
I am an urban dweller for 51 yrs here. And sorry to say this u r obviously out dated. U r an urban planner so what u done better ? Any honourable project u done so far? U r an urban planner not an expert on sustainable planning
@@tribalangel72 1. Skyscrapers and tall buildings in general consume way more energy per inhabitant than lower rise buildings due to the need to transport water, energy + elevators. 2. Plants on buildings require a lot of maintenance, which means that water and fertilizer needs to be transported to the site, often produced outside the city. 3. Plants on buildings grow, and they destroy the concrete that they are built on, meaning that the building deteriorates very quickly. 4. Plants on buildings are a very ineffective method of bringing greenery into an urban area compared to you know, simply making green areas. keep your ego to yourself, you are an urban dweller, not smart.
Fun fact: the trees u see thr aren't planted there. For the aesthetic value, they are uprooted from their original growing space/growing labs and are planted there.( verified news)
Now that's example of REAL DEVELOPMENT. And in Bengluru and other parts of India they cut down forests, use unnecessary and overuse the water of water bodies to build city and don't care about greenery and then they say " there's alot of heat in India and there's no water"..
Singapore gets a bad rap for some reason, but I enjoyed it. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be either. Good on them for making it more green. I hope this sets an example for Chiang Mai.
