Welcome aboard to the 2023 Toyota Tacoma! This is the last model year of the highly-acclaimed third generation. In this truck, we have a 3.5L N/A V6 with a 6-speed automatic for the last time ever (for now)! If you want a V6 Tacoma, now is your time to get one! Not only that, but due to its compact size, it also drives amazing too! This is one of my favorite trucks I have ever driven, and I highly recommend this Tacoma!

Id take that Tacoma any day over a new 2023 Tundra. Less issues for sure. I have 2023 TtdSport in gray. Same truck. Great vehicle

V6 will return. May take a generation, but it will. The "climate agenda" will fade and the demand for a non turbo engine will make Toyota return to it

I don't think so. They will keep pushing their climate agenda. Turbo 4 cylinders are cheaper for the manufacturers to make, and selling cars overpriced so they will never give up making money.

I like how Toyota is actually smart and makes intentional choices for the market They don’t make HD diesel trucks so they don’t end up with lemons due to emission requirements They haven’t dived into full electric vehicles, they made a 50mpg hybrid instead with proven technology They keep analog clusters and buttons, so they don’t end up with massive electrical problems like new Chevy/gmc

Had three Tacos over the years... TRD Pro, off road, and Sport... glad to let them all go. Now driving the 2023 Tundra TRD and it's a major step up in every way.

Not sure about those turbos on the new Tundra. But they look great, better than any domestic rubbish.

I just don't like tundras Silverados & 🐏 because they're too big & they feel bulky + they're harder to park & fit in my garage. There is a number of reasons to get a 🌮🛻 over tundra

The hood scoop isn’t functional. It’s fake/non-functional on all sport/pro trims, even on the new ‘24 models.

May be dated, but it is going to last a long time and I think longer than the new 4 banger turbo. I test drove a Pro off road, didn't like the driving position and ride. I bought a 2023 Frontier Pro 4x instead.

I heard the 2024 tacoma only 2 more miles per gallon ! So v6 gets 24 miles on the highway! The 4 cylinder turbo gets 26 miles per gallon on the highway !

The fuel tank size in the 24 Tacomas is 18 gallons. The 23s is 21 gallons. They should of kept the 21 gallon tank size for better range in the new gen.

It makes me happy to hear the engine doing the “diesel” sound, when I bought mine a few years ago I thought I got a lemon. After some research I found out it was normal.
