I JUST MADE THESE TODAY AND THEY WERE AMAZING!!! The dough was so soft but had a nice chew and the parsley on top with the butter was a nice the touch! The filling was lovely as well, it was a soft mild cheesy flavour that wasn’t overpowering. I divided the dough into 12 and put 1 1/2 tablespoon of the filling mixture and it was just the perfect amount! I couldn’t find labneh, well I did but it sold out just before I got to the store so I’ll have to make it again with actual labneh cheese! I did marbled cheddar cheese, cream cheese and greek yogurt with the parsley for the filling instead. It’s not very authentic but it is so good! I can’t wait to make more of these with the labneh cheese for a more authentic taste! It was so much fun watching the dough puff up! I’m glad I tried this amazing recipe! ITS SO WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT! 😊😋
