It's sometimes a bit harder than just watching. In my experience I try putting on on "producer mode" when watching YT videos. That means analysing what works well in existing videos, and asking yourself which ideas to reproduce and what you could do differently to make it even better

I do this with a lot of channels I watch. I look at where they cut the video, how they add impact to their words with editing, and storytelling and structure of the video. I then try and replicate the techniques and add my own unique spin. Your videos will definitely improve when you watch channels analytically

I respectfully disagree. If you learn every aspect of what a successful RU-vidr does (Retention, video shots, ideas, editing, selecting the right music, etc), I believe everyone can be successful. The only people who aren't successful is not evolving in these skills, hitting a wall, and giving up. I barely got to 100 subscribers and I know my videos are HORRIBLE. But with that said, there's A LOT of room to improve. Don't give up guys! Learn process. Evolve in each video. Write down notes and incorporate to next videos. I know that's what I NEED to be doing! We will grow! And that's a FACT

Advertising vs subscriptions. You cant have high quality content for free.

Best is for them to have a way to spit regular content in-between the better projects. Watching others content to streaming playing the stuff you play. Kinda like a mix of ur regular life around the context of the content you make. Same as celebrities needed to have life drama but instead more wholesome or informative if used correctly.

Not true! They want people to stay on their platform watching ads. It's better to upload 1 killer video a week than 5 crap videos. Crap videos will not keep people coming back and watching your vids all the way thru.

This point of view doesn't have any sense. You are talking about short and long sight, not about what RU-vid wants. RU-vid wants one thing only, honesty. You need to be truly honest on how you qualify your content. Only then YT will give more ads, and even so depending on the tipe of content you make, there will be better or worse advisors willing to put their ads on your content.

If you're going to chase anything, and not produce content for its own sake, chase what makes RU-vid money. If you put out long, poor quality content, just to hit a time marker, what good does that do? You need people actually paying attention, engaging with the platform, clicking and watching ads... And that relationship grows tighter if they can target ads to your avatar more effectively, which is why product review channels naturally make money for minimal effort.

Not having music isn't always wrong, it really depends on what type of video you're making and the vibe you want to give to your channel

yeah, it is here Ruri's - "don't give up", comes in. You see most new RU-vidrs gives up pretty fast. You are already ahead by continue, almost. You get what I mean. To not give up on something means you are still in the race, you may not have the best car or boat, but you holding on to the 90000 laps.

getting ideas for new content when you dont have much ideas, is difficult. but yeah, the more important thing is to start and dont give up. in my case, i always trying to think something to improve, and upload every day. its like a learning process. My channel is getting bigger slowly, and im learning too.

Her narrative about her family is unclear. I understand that, as a daughter, she wanted to improve her family's condition, get them out of debts and financially secure them for the rest of their lives. However, these are able-bodied adults (mother, father, brother) who are capable of working for themselves and are either living in Japan or in Turkey. The concept of "poverty" in those countries is very different compared to the poverty in third world countries. Having no money to pay for school lunch can be considered poverty in Turkey or Japan. In other countries, it is being out of school, malnutrition and feeding from garbage cans. If I were to be the wealthiest in my family, I would not want to spoil them with material things they did not work for that would turn them into couch potatoes in the long run. Not saying that she does it, though.
