I suffered with chronic pain for many years. I healed myself through a complete mind transformation. I became aware of my self talk and changed the underlying beliefs and replaced those thoughts with the truth and self love. interstitial cystitis healed. Back pain healed. Mind healed and vibrating higher. Love is bottom line. We have forgotten how powerful and sacred we are as humans. We can make a choice to think differently. We are not slaves to ego. We can become aware and choose the heart over ego. I used a ton of repetition and imagery to change my subconscious mind faulty programming. The mind/body connection is magic!

This book changed my life. I learned how to channel, purged my house with the help of the this connection to God, universe, source, I gained access to the askashic records and found info for other people's past lives coming through to help them. It also led to me learning to communicate with intergalactic citizens, guides, ascended masters, and the occasional soul who passed who needed something said. Thank you so much.❤

Has Dr. Bradley Nelson had his brain measured when he has linked his subconscious. For example at The "Institute of Noetic Sciences". I am an engineer and if I can get measurements next to that actual process I can correct the process quickly. I have purchased his book and own his application so I am all in.

Interesting he talked about meridians which comes from Chinese medicine/acupuncture and the organ system that the emotions are related to come from there as well , although he didn’t mention that, maybe he does in the book. I like how actionable the sway method is.

Depending on the person it's based on kinesiology. Basically your body becomes a pendulum and you use it to decipher which way it moves by asking yes or no questions. Then you go through the chart identify the emotion with the chart then u clear it by swiping across ur head 3 times or 10, depending on if it's from the family and ancenstral.
