You can also blame the Fed but most of it goes to those investors that have made life difficult for the 61% of people that are living paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford to buy a home because of these investors that gobble up the properties and jacking up the rent and buying price for a home. That’s BS.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment....

I need a solid and reliable plan to survive these times, I was really hopeful about my investments this year but all my plans have been disoriented, I've been studying the market crashes and I realized some investors made a fortune from the recent 2008 recession and I was wondering if such success rate could be achieved in this present market. Any recommendations?

Throw it into AI stocks / Hold some in gold. I feel exceptionally lucky I started investing in my early 40s and consistently compounded my income to create more cash flow. I'm 45 and made a cool million just by investing in nothing sexier than index funds (401k) and blue chip stocks (IRA and taxable brokerage

I really think T&G E-Wallet is the one good thing to happen to the rakyat's wallets lately. Besides some shortcomings like storage and spending quotas, it's pretty good.

1. The parking section in TNG always fails. i end up have to desperately seek alternative parking app like smart selangor 2. the physical TNG card link to my app is a pain. i have linked 5 cards to my TNG portal while the app only shows 2 3. TNG card only able to trace last 5 transactions each card. not convinient to trace my spending as claimed. 4. when your TNG card is dormant, the app / web does not tell you. 5. cant remember how many times their system down end up i have to use cash

6. Depending on your tier, you will get a certain transaction and wallet size limit. The verification process for getting higher limits is also a privacy concern due to the need for your face and IC

@@ken431256 that is TNG e-wallet transaction you are referring to. not the TNG physical card that linked to the app. the TNG physical card, e wallet, RFID, do not integrate with each other, now they are introducing more services which will basically made me more confused.

And the worst, two of my colleagues actually had history of their hard earn money the monthly salary which linked to their income bank just vanish like that. Most probably been hacked by hacker or what. Many thousands, and some even a few RMxx,xxx !!!!!!!

Should integrate Versa and KDI save also for short term savings. Earn interest passively at 4% and can withdraw anytime. Save there and once enough withdraw some to invest. Make sure have at least 5-6 mths of emergency funds.. don’t invest everything!!

had the visa card for a while now i can say it's annoying af to use most time if tng system is down you're screwed with 5 transaction a day only and 10 online. fueling require you to have 200 to hold as credit (some debit cards actually waive that). if they would add the feature to use google wallet/ apple pay would be nice

Keep in mind that there is transferable limit out of your tng e wallet every month. There is charges to transfer out when you exceed that. Don’t transfer all your salary into it, you find yourself losing more than earning. It is disappointing that you didn’t mentioned that. You should still stand on our side and educate us instead of milking us. Disappointing.

Not everyone is a know it all like you. obviously this is sponsored video, hence the reason he didn’t mentioned the cons or red tape. You should know that since you have done all due diligence and sound like a pro. Not sure why you’re here you should be at Wall Street. I dun have any particular preferred e wallet. Whichever gives me the best deals, cash back or discount on different kind of payment, I'll use that e wallet be it tng, boost, shopee pay, Mae, etc
