This Elder Scrolls V Skyrim piece showcases the strongest dead thrall companions for a necromancer character in the game. Time for a Conjuration Skyrim Build!
@@Anonymous13165 Child, we'll talk about wrestling bmy t-rex for breakfast after I walk uphill both ways to school waste deep in snow under 110 degree sun.
How do you get such powerful thralls I am maxed out in stats I prestige my powers so many times I got beyond powerful gear but no matter what anytime I use the dead thrall it says the enemy is to strong I got a permanent freaking frost and flame atrinoch instead since I could actually summon them
The Champion of Boethiah is also a strong dead thrall. There’s a glitch that if you resurrect him using that spell, another Ebony Mail will spawn in his inventory, but I’m not sure if Bethesda fixed it or not. Also, having a champion of Boethiah as an undead minion is way more badass than a generic Volkihar vampire
@@nobleneed Still, even is more badass than resurrecting a Volkihar vampy to kill a former champion of a daedric prince and rub in his face even more that you are the new champion by resurrecting him as your zombie slave
@@NomadicSon_ say hello to my little friend.... Console commands, he is very good, while he's part of the Bethesda family he gives zero fks, takes no bs, and can fix broken $hit.
Malkoran spawns a corrupted shade whenever he dies. So it's basically a very strong magical npc that attacks everyone and gives you 250 gold each time it dies.
He kept using ice storm spell which is aoe spell and it hit my other followers. then my other followers ganked him to death(then he turned into the shade)
My favorite Dead Thrall is the guy that thinks he's the ghost guardian of the Barrow in Ivarstead because he resurrects with his "ghostly" form and doesn't do the constant, annoying groaning.
I got a Volkihar master vampire, Arch Curate Vyrthur, and Vonos with all their gear smithed and enchanted. They destroy most enemies before I can get a hit in. Also the Volkihar master vampire retains his dialogue and says a bunch of hilarious lines when in combat.
Yeah with mods you çan get whatever you want lol anytime you're doing a best build, best thrall, best weapon ranking you can't add mods or it would just be a downloadable mod that gives you an immortal follower who does infinite damage, a build that is literally just equipping a ring of God mode, or a spell that you cast it once and it kills everybody in the game.
@@Lord_necromancer this is done without any mods. I got vampire with necromage + bloodworm helm + bone wolf’s revenge and the staff of worms with a set of runic necromancer robes enchanted with empower necromancy.
@@Lord_necromancer there's a mod that lets u use dead thrall on basically every NPC/creature out there ..... I resurrected the vanilla ebony warrior , my guy destroys armies of vampires
@Anthony Pendergrass ahh so you're cheating to the max if you have to use mods to cheat in a Bethesda game you just suck like the game as exploits for a reason
I always liked having Vyrthur the vampire Snow elf. Not because he's good. (Though he is pretty good) But because theres only 2 snow elves in existence and now one of them is my personal slave
I like to use the corpses of Ebony Warrior and Ulfric. What better way to assert dominance than using the corpses of fellow shouters? Only if they both die does an enemy gain the privilege of being slain by my own hand. And even then they'll still have to contend with an undead dragon, deadra, an Ancient Dragonborn and the whole damn sky, if they actually manage to wound me.
I save miraak then I bring back ulfric . The ultimate scream team 😂. You can also find the deathlord in volunruud with the disarm shout. He's bad a$$ too. Especially if you're playing as a Buddhist khajit that doesn't like weapons. Enjoy!
@@nojusticejustus2912 The Death Lord would be pretty rad for a sorceror type, but people know these guys. They have reputation. Like a Nord scripture vibe. "They sing the Thu'um now through my breath. Shout for your storm-cloaked & ebon-armored Dragonborn. High King of Skyrim!" I guess the deathlord might work in place of the Ebony Warrior if you wanna get specifically Nord about it. in that case I'd also cut the deadra and use the normal dragon instead of the undead one.
@@Kazuma11290 my first playthrough I did it with the death lord , jzargo from the winter hold college and my khajit puss n bolts. I only used lightning spells and paws it was one of the funniest playthroughs. I'm gonna have to try the all Nord set up you speak of. That would be fun too.
I’m currently on a modded save file with the Ebony Warrior and Serana as my companions, all of us with animated wings that match our styles. Might not be the strongest, but we’re definitely the most badass looking.
@@chaseeffler Theres a good chance you know by now, but it's from a two part mod called "Armors of the Velothi", so it's actually Dunmer! Very cool mod!
Every time I get to the part where she wants you to kill her I take the knife and pickpocket it back to her so she gets up and tries to kill me. Still one of the funniest things in the game
@@brandonbrooks779 there's also the part that doesn't need to be explained where people just don't want to see zombies following you around, lol. I mean I wouldn't wanna see it either.
Oh im so sorry People Do Not Like Me. As the dragonborn, it is my sworn duty too.. Not Give A Fk. People should be glad I do not Stormcall shout in the middle of town, trying to kill Nazeem
God I get so nostalgic for Skyrim and Fallout build videos. The wait is just way too long for Bethesda games then they decided it would be a great idea to start up another IP when they can’t manage the two they have
On my current, very modded, playthru I'm able to not only reanimate up to 3 high level vampires at once... but I also have a mod that lets me carry bodies around... which in turn means I have fodder ready to go, and a couple extra bodies Serana can reanimate. It get funny if I reanimate a necromancer, then that one reanimates another...and another. Turns into necroception.
Yeah vampires but I loved having 2 cultists following me and Serena around. The three of them will summon various sprites and double to 6 followers hurling fireballs and ice shanks. Deadly fun build
Im able to revive them still not being a vampy but It may be cus lichedom yah know undead codeing and stuffs maybe Next episode we find out the best npc to have as a companion Spoilers it's nazeem only when a giant sends him to the cloud district and then you find out he's dragonborn
tbh any necromanced NPC that doesnt just grunt the whole time but can actually still recite dialogue is 1000x better than any power level. Additionally, Aetherial Crown + Rituall stone = ability to create a zombie hoard without a limit to its size capacity.
@@ChadKakashi theres also a ring u can get that makes all your hoard explode when they receive physical damage and/or die. turns your hoard into a mobile minefield
@@JPIQQGyou can raise that cap up to like lvl 60 nowadays by being a vampire with necromage and that skull helmet from the AE content. Alternatively, a lot of mods will remove the lvl cap on Dead Thrall to make it scale better.
My favorite is Svarig from the saints and seducers quest. A big beefy nord with some dark seducer gear who summons his own seducer warrior and has the ability to decap enemies with his two handed sword. Pair this with a second dark seducer summon and you have yourself a death squad
Necromancer type was fun, get the ‘ritual stone’ power, plus the ability to summon two souls, I resurrected a room of draugr and had them clearing the path for me while I sat back and watched, it was funny seeing their ‘Fus Ro Dah’ going off every couple seconds.
I usually do 2 mages to help blast from a distance while my meaty tank follower goes in melee. Add in some illusions to make the enemies fight each other. And I just go find myself a chair to sit in while my minions clear the place out.
I brought Astrid and Arnbjorn with me for quite a while way back. Not the strongest but it was just entertaining to watch the leader of the dark brotherhood and her husband to do my bidding.
Since I have a mod that revamps most artifacts, like the necromancer's amulet, I am able to use dead thrall on Arondil and Lu'ah AL-Skaven. Makes for a great necromancer trio 😁
personally, reanimating Thoron did the trick. was level 30+, had mods and commands, was having fun breaking the game and this man's thunder bolts almost killed me. Once resurrected, he can kill giants
You cant resurrect Ebony Warrior due to the fact you can only fight him at lvl 80, and greybeards are protected so you cant kill them either. You can get ulfric if u resurrect him before lvl 30 though
I had a vampire and a Forsworn Mage caster plus Mjoll with the daedric staff and the dog companion. I was decked in daedric armor that was Ultra Glitch Enchanted. There was nothing in Skyrim that wasn't getting a beat down. My character didn't get to fight anything. It was just dead in a few seconds.
My Dead thralls always disappear. Which is already slightly annoying, but after ive enchanted and leveled up their equipment to maximum, only to have them not appear after i fast travel someplace or exit a dungeon... ITS INFURIATING!!
@@addictiontransfer3731it's a staff with dead thrall spell. Don't make thralls out of random encounter enemies. Use enemies found in dungeons and cities. Random encounter thralls disappear.
What about that guy from Meridia's quest? The one that has a second phase after he dies. If im not mistaken, it happens every time he dies, even as a dead thrall
You can get up to a Nightmaster Vampire(lvl 65) if you have Necromage + Bloodworm helm + Bone wolf pet. However they can be abit buggy since they're coded as 'boss' of a dungeon. Nightlord Vampires(lvl 60) are good enough alternatives and you only need either 2 instead of 3 Necromage-type buffs.
PIN ME PLEASE Fun fact you can get the nightlord vampire in the anniversary edition . STEP:1 BE A VAMPIRE Step:2 necromage perk Step:3 bloodworm helm Step:4 cause chaos
I like my thalmor archers. Can only get a couple without cheating each playthrough but have 100% chance of a full glass set (upgradeable and enchantable) and a good aggressive ranged AI. Pair that with a Krev or Bandit chief and they can 2 man just about any dungeon on legendary
Only reason I use this spell for is to have a walking suitcase follow me around, so I typically target weaker NPCs that die faster. When I need to haul more junk, kill the thrall, store my crap on the body, re-animate it.
if you purchase the anniversary edition theres a quest called arms of the moon where you gonna face 3 waves of fighthing dremora, the final one is dremora sovereign, you could ressurect him with conju spell or just simply using staff of worms obtainable from gallows hall quest, and trust me hes the strongest dead thrall you need, by default hes on full daedric armour and 1 hand sword and sometimes in a tight situations could use the fire storm spell 😂
See, I love this. I love necromancy. My problem is, there doesn't seem to be a high enough population for it and I'd want zombies. I don't mean I want to raise rotting corpses, I mean I want it so if they successfully bite you, you're now infected and you will eventually turn and attack others around you, thus turning more and more people. But I also want things to scale with me, thus increasing the difficulty and how they adapt to me.
The real thing to do is giving them staffs that summon storm atronachs or dremora and armor with hp and hp regen and some magic resistance with upgraded gear from that point on it really doesnt matter what they were since they dont take enough dmg that anything could actually kill them since the summons will switch aggro often enough that they can regenerate to full hp only problem is refilling the staffs
Champion of Boethiah and the Snow Elf from the end of dawn guard. Other great picks are Miraak, dragon priests. Just upgrade their armor before level 40 with restoration loop and they'll be the best companions you can get in the game 👉👉 the vampires are lack luster.
Yeah, those Volkihar vampires are no joke. I found myself struggling even with my character at a ridiculously high level. Orc, around level 80, chugged magic resistance potions, activated berserker power, changed difficulty to Very Easy, and used fire-enchanted weapons. I still found myself using up most of my health potions in just one single random encounter.
fun fact this spell gives you infinate Carry weight you can just put everything you want on the body then reanimate it if you need it back then just rekill the body take what you need and reanimate it unlike regular followers or you it doesn't have a carry weight limit
Hahaha, I still remember the Ultimate Follower Overhaul mod package, from 2010. It was so sick to have 7, essential, housecarls. One was mage, one was ranger, and the other five were bare brawlers!
Isn't there a bug that makes summons disappear when fast traveling -- even permanent ones? That's why I made a new spell "Animate Dead" that has an even higher level cap than Dead Thrall, has a novice level spell cost, and runs for ~2 minutes
I remember I used to have Ulfric Stormcloak as my favourite thrall. Yes, he shouts. :) I combined him with Orchendor who trleports all over the map while Ulfric Fuz Ro Hah'd the rest of em. It was a nice show to witness. And now we have the Bloodworm Helm, Ulfric can be resurrected at a higher level than before.
I've had The Ebony Warrior as a Dead Thrall. Not sure if it was a mod that allowed for this. I'm telling you, it was pretty scary having him around. What if I happened to piss him off?
I liked using Orchendor as a mage just to imagine he's annoying the npcs as much as he annoyed me. All that teleporting and magic immunity really puts on a show.
I remember finding these warriors that spit this acid like thing. Were very good thralls for a while till I lost the bodies and the tons and tons of loot inside them.
