Born and raised in Albany, GA. Still have family and friends there and there's not enough money in the world that would bring me back to stay. The crime rate is astronomical and the job market is non-existent unless fast food and factory work is your niche. The heartbeat of Albany is the Marine Corps Logistics Base and getting a job on the base is few and far between. They're tearing down neighborhoods, and gentrification is happening. Great tour but no way.

The porch is long & not as wide. At the front door area of the living room, is an open great big room to see 👀 the dining room and kitchen.

Great house!!!! I like my small house just fine, but when I watch these tours of the BIG manufactured homes, I can't help but start daydreaming of what I'd do with all that space! Ty for the tour

Oh yes, this is definitely a CLASSIC . Love 💗 it. I remember when I toured one at Wayne Frier in Macclenny ,Florida 3️⃣ years ago. People.. definitely go see this home in person if you can. This Manufactured beauty never gets old. Excellent presentation Christie.😊👍

The one that I toured and viewed. Had a optional patio glass sliding door in the family room. So you can get an option patio sliding door if you choose to do so. I figured I would mention that.😊👍

Drawer over door on all the base cabinets in the kitchen is a great thing. That pantry is almost big enough for a small chest freezer. The option for a huge refrigerator is nice - especially for a big family. Did I miss the panel in the master closet for water heater access, or is it outside? I'd love this plan as a 2 bedroom without the extra two off to the right as you face the house.

Wow, but the entrance gotta have a closet and bench and little area before you get to the living room. I love those barn doors. I would probably have them separating the living and dining room. BTW, keep saying "master." There's nothing wrong with it. I love the privacy toilet area. I love the shelving in the closet. Calling for pricing of the standard is crazy. They need to be a bit more transparent.

She said the fridge a washer and dryer and did hear what she called the laundry room sink somebody put it on her., she said this door closes most doors do close, she said the sink in the bedroom has led lighting... The mirror has led lighting,. Re-edit the video

Even builders have shifted to calling it the "Primary" bedroom for that very reason. It's not about offending people, it's about the fact that times have changed and it doesn't need to be called that anymore.
