As for the second segment I live in Virginia and this stories 100% true and ridiculous!

Statues... In Glasgow (Scotland), there is a prominent, large statue of the Duke of Wellington on a horse, on top of a large stone block/ mount that *always* has a neon orange traffic cone on his head. It's hilarious. It's right in the City Centre and I remember growing up, always looking for the cone was there, any time I was in town. It always just made everyone smile - it's in one of the oldest parts of the city, with stunning old architecture all around it, & this ancient, regal-looking, military prime minister perched way up high (like no way you could climb it alone high), looking down on everyone & out across to the City Chambers & George Square, with the Gallery of Modern Art behind him... and a traffic cone on his head. It's like 'everything Glasgow' in a glance. The police were constantly taking it down, for years, then they decided to make it higher - too high to climb. Glasgow petitioned against it, and now the Duke has a permanent traffic cone hat. National treasure. Googly eyes could catch on. 😁😄😁

It is so sad that they don't want to let teenagers do Halloween. It is important and it is really inspiring to allow teenagers to still have imaginations and have innocent fun. Otherwise, we make them feel like they have to grow up too fast.
