I just don't understand why Toby looked so miserable when Randall called and asked him to come down. When they are all at the cabin together end of season 6 he is much more put together than in this flash forward. Did I miss something?
I’m re watching the series and we first get a flash forward of Tess in season 2 episode 10. It’s so fast that I think most people didn’t catch it or even realize it’s a flash forward
This show is so good with the flashbacks and flashforwards ❤ I honestly didnt thought it was Tess. Randall said he was hoping for a boy or adopting after Dej left, the first time around, so I thought Randall and Beth were taking in another child
The flashforward scenes aee when Rebecca is in her 80s so like 5-10 years later. Then theres future scnees where we see Kate and tobys son jack as an adult and his story as an adult. We also see a cameo of adult hayley when Jack and his future wife have their child
Still so many unanswered questions. Like why pin the tail on the donkey? So far the kids have not even seen Rebecca. Who is the kid who says hey uncle Randall??
Kate has to be alive because her and Toby's kids haven't gotten there yet. I wonder if Toby's still married? It's weird but I always liked him more than Kate.
I wondered that too. In the flashforward this current season it’s revealed that Toby got remarried and I wonder why he isn’t wearing a wedding ring in this flashforward. Maybe she died or he had another divorce? There’s only 4 episodes left so hopefully we find out.
So in the flash forward where Toby isn’t wearing a wedding ring, his kids are only teenagers, as shown by the age of Kevin’s children. Kate is definitely alive as we have seen her in a flash forward where we see her son Jack with his wife Lucy at a club where he’s singing. At Kevin’s house where Rebecca is dying, Toby hasn’t met his new wife yet. Hence why he’s not wearing a wedding ring
@@AdamSmith-rd1tohe met her well before that at the coffee shop. He was wearing a wedding ring when he was talking to Kate about how shes unsure of herself when it comes to her brothers
After seeing the third to last episode and now watching all these flashforward clips I have to wonder if Kate is still alive at the end when they all are there to see Rebecca. They haven't shown her there at all from what I have seen and can remember. I didn't see what happened to Miguel coming so now I wonder about Kate.
That's what I was thinking for a long time as well but my wife made a point that Kevin's son isn't much younger than Kate's and we know she goes to a show of his at the bar when he's an adult so that is likely further in the future than this scene.
@@billruption26 That's funny my wife thinks the same as yours but she does feel like I'm right and something will be wrong with Kate. Alive but not there for some reason.
@@billruption26 Yeah I think that is more than likely what we're going to get. I hope she's alive and well but it almost feels like everyone going to say goodbye to Rebecca is too safe and predictable. I could be wrong but I do know they are crafty with their previews and they often throw in misdirection on the previews.
Kate will show up for sure I think. She’s alive years past Rebecca’s death as she and Philip are alongside Toby and his new gal, as well as Jack’s wife Lucy, as they watch grown up Jack Damon (Kate and Toby’s son) perform onstage. So Kate will be there, without a doubt, she just hasn’t been seen yet. Toby said he talked to Jack and that “they were on their way.” I think this means Kate, Philip, Jack, and Hailey are en route to get to the house to see Rebecca.
@@meganlawson8555 Nah, those kids are Nicky & Franny. Kate just hasn't arrived at the house yet. We already know that she lives long past Rebecca's passing, as we see her, Toby & their respective spouses attend one of adult Jack's music gigs.
@@meganlawson8555 He did marry Sophie but they were both 45 when they got back together. Sophie's eggs are fried unless she had eggs frozen or used donor eggs. why not just adopt, if she was to use donor eggs, as Kevin has bio kids.
Jack Damon meets Lucy around 10 years after Rebecca's death. They marry about 3 years after they meet, they have Hope soon after. So, Hope is born 14 years after Rebecca's death. Dan Fogleman told us that in an interview right after the season 4 premiere episode where we met them. If you google it, I am sure you can still find the interview from fall 2019.
