Agreed, it looks like a filter that people use for edits to make the screen/transitions super smooth. But I do recommend a higher hz monitor if you can afford one it’s a fucking game changer.

Tbf when people do hack they do fire shots in spawn or in down time to lower their acc so that’s not always a good indication

30%-40% accuracy is pretty average, I’m only 90 hours into playing Hanzo I regularly end matches with over 40% accuracy and I’m only silver

8k vs 1k hours id say arrge has it

Yesh but they have different playstyle on hanzo. Arrge is more the asassin accurate shots player. Kenzo is more the aggressive one with awesome flicks. Movement likely goes to arrges.

I can help you on widow and Ashe, sombra I do play her but you single one person out at a time usually with her, first I would say make your crosshair smaller and test all the colours to see which fits you, there is also a setting to change your team and enemy outline colour so if you can’t see red also try find a good colour for enemies, then you can find an aim trainer and adjust your aim assist and scoped sensitivity for both Ashe and widow because they are different so find which ones are best for each hero, try to get your aim assist to a point where you can focus on who you want to kill and ur aim assist isn’t pulling you toward other targets because that’s messes with your aim. I can’t say my exact setting because everyone is comfortable with their own. Hope this helped in some way

Fellow console widow here, I just turn all aim assist options except aim assist strength which I leave at 95% And 100 scoped sens, it’s true we will never be as good as pc players but we can try adapt our setting to be like it.
