the mongo push is something only people with a lot of playtime would know to do, funny enough lol. they give just barely more speed than a standard push, which is why it was used here. and tail/airwalks give the best points, which again is why it was used here

must be pretty new to the skate community as well, steeze does not matter when it comes to tricklinging. All about getting the max score any way possible. For some non mongo push edits search up Skate 2 Realistic edit.

@@TheSynysterGamer everybody tricklined in Skate 2. It was the main tricklining game and it creates a skill gap. They already somewhat removed it in Skate 3 and it was lame. It's like trying to completely take sniping out of COD. Cant really do it but you can try. The community would revolt if they completely ignored us trickliners though.

Yes, anyone can learn how to tailwalk, but I can tell you've never played the map if you think "anyone" can learn these transfers, let alone be able to do them with the amount of speed and height that I have. i am playing an arcade game mode in an arcade style. when you play hall of meat do you bail as realistically as possible? when you do deathraces do you make sure you stay under 20mph?

i promise there are plenty of players who like realism skating, in order to land some of those transitions and get that massive score, he has to be on easy, and the score multiplier is easier to reach 3x and all speeds including board flip speed is faster, and height with tricks is also higher, which is why he does some very unrealistic "trick lines" at the beginning and didnt fall, but you can make custom lobbies so they cant be on easy and have to play on your difficulty.

And hard core will make them so mad because minimal rail and ledge magnetism and EVERYTHING is slower but allows you to do some insanely technical tricks not possible on easy or normal, like manueling a ledge barely wide enough for the board, when it would normally pull you to one side for a grind.

skate 2 is better IMO, it's aesthetically wayyy more stylized, the map has more charm, and most importantly, the bails actually have rag doll

@@YewTide604 yeah the ragdolls in skate 3 are stiff, skate 3 has to much white saturation everything looks like white cement, even the buildings are too white washed, with mods it can look good, but skate 2 is prettier without mods.

for reference to how difficult this was to achieve, the world record for this map remained at 44k for SIX years (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JmssDt-H-gE.html) and didn't get beaten until 2021. not all 4k hours of my playtime were spent just playing this map, i've beaten the career mode 5 times, i've spent countless hours playing SKATE, there's no aspect of this game that i HAVENT put playtime into.

well it seems most players dont like comp or trick lining, me included, its a brain dead way to get massive points and makes it almost impossible to win spot battles if you skate even slightly realistic, it is button mashing, i know because i have done it too, try and do some sick lines on hardcore.

i've done "sick lines" before, watch my other videos lol. just because you did one 360 dark catch on skate 3 doesn't mean you can do this, this is infinitely more precise than any other spot battle in the skate franchise
