@@victoralcantar419 after beating the game you can decide to replay the entire game with increased difficulty which will increase every time you beat the game up to 7 times

@@victoralcantar419NG+ increase difficulty im at NG+7 rn and i can get one shot by boss and enemy too. U can be at day 10 in elden u will be at NG+7 bcs of the limit Im at NG+7 lvl 256 131h of game and still get 1tap by most boss😂 pretty hard
That move Melina does there actually makes sense cause if you summon her during the morgott fight, she has the same moveset as the black knife assassins, and that animation is the same as the black knife’s ash of war. Edit: I just noticed in the morgott fight, she actually uses the weapon in the video, so this was definitely intentional and cool attention to detail for a lil yt short
I think Melina and Ranni have some sort of relevance to one another. They both pull up on you and give you something from the spirit summon realm. And the black knife is pretty much Ranni’s version of the Blade of calling. It reminds me of Morgott and Mohg
@@THE-wu3vx Bc we literally do not know the nature of Melina's power other than the fact that she promises to hunt you no matter where you go. This means she has at least God level powers (bc the lord of frenzied flame will travel through space and time to burn everything and anything, meaning she has the same capabilities) and is possibly stronger than the greater will itself.
I love Melina and all, but idk how she expects to kill a dude who slayed a god, and on top of that is possessed by the power of whatever outer god is behind the frenzied flame.
Well assuming she is or was the gloom eyed queen then after we unbound destined death some of her power probably returned to Melina, explaining her opened and purple eye. Not to mention by unbinding destined death I’m pretty sure we made it so no one could be immortal, so we’ll have to die permanently at some point.
I've seen a theory that states that she's actually the Gloam-eyed queen, which makes a ton of sense given the line she says at the end, and her odd obvious connection to Ranni with that being said it also makes sense considering if you look up the meaning of "gloam" it refers to the time of day after sunset, Twilight, so just like the color of her left eye revealed in the ending
@@jakobrenner2230or they just take your player model like the mimic tear, and buff the crap out of him with a super frenzy moveset, whatever weapon you were using as a frenzy version, like how vykes spear got affected by it.
I went through the game to all the endings and plunged the world into flames twice. I killed Maliketh, Godfrey and everyone else who got in my way 7 times. Melina has no chance to stand up to me for a minute.
Still want a frenzy flame head…oh and this battle against Melina of course. She tried to persuade me from getting the best ending in the game. Can’t let that go unpunished.
Fun Fact: If you let her burn herself to burn the tree and then do the frenzy flame questline her part of the cutscene doesn't show. Get rid of the enemy before she ever has a chance to hate you.
You are mistaken sir, the urd trees power would be gone, so that knife would be useless. Plus she is the gloam eyed Queen and thus the god killer great sword would be what she would use
Everyone talking about how their max level characters are gonna beat Melina, and the truth is, you're gonna get killed in a cutscene. She gonna be so powerful you don't get a fight, just a scenic death.

If they do a DLC based around the frenzied flame ending I want Melina to be the final boss. Then again she would have to be crazy op and not just a boosted black knife.
I actually love this given some interesting theories about Melina. Many belive her to actually be one of Marika and Radagon's children, third sibling to Melania and Miquella. If this is true, she may have been cursed by an outer god just like her siblings, and given her constant connection to fire (burning the erdtree which coincidentally is what you can do yourself if you accept the Frenzied Flame, smoldering butterflies, etc.), some have speculated that she was cursed by the Three Fingers to live with Frenzied Flame inside her since birth. This would also explain her clear hatred for the three fingers and frenzied flame.
There are like 20 dlcs that they could price at 60 bucks each for every ending in the game and little detail and it will be amazing. I hope in tyhe dlc they touch on this ending or something of it
This was definitely final boss imo it was so badass fr. Holy shit. Was a cinematic masterpiece. Really wish I could replay it and not have to wait and do the whole DLC again just to get to this point. But I am anyways. I didn’t have freya in my fight or ansbach so I need to do it again. I did have thioller tho and the sanguine noble.
Me when i sacrifice melina to the giants flame, then goes for the frenzied flame so she cant go after me for it. ... I still use the needle tho. I just think the scars are metal.
I want a fromsoft game like eldin ring that remembers your last character and that character because a random npc walks around the map, and it uses everything you did as that build and keeps all the stats
It's not exactly what you want but kind of similar, Project Zomboid does that with your dead player characters if they get infected, it is always crazy to see my old characters end up turning into zombies wandering around the place where I died, and they still have your gear and stuff but don't use weapons thankfully.
My favourite part is the word" destined death" is the ability used by the black knife assassins , and melina is not even that , but still this is too cool , imagine a dlc where the final boss is melina 🤣
this might be the plot of elden ring 2 tho. the final boss is the lord of frenzy flame and we have to defeat him to establish a new order with a new elden ring. i mean ds2 continued ds1’s lord of dark ending, as in the ending where we end the established order, which is similar to the frenzy flame ending
I noticed there are different skies in different endings, would be cool if the sky would change depending on which ending you get when starting new game plus, and i maybe asking for too much but also would be cool if Melina hunts you in the new game.
