This is what happens on driving test from start to finish 

It's your driving test and you are feeling a bit nervous because you are not sure what will happen on your driving test.
This is what will happen on your driving test UK.
You arrive at driving test centre 5 minutes before the start time of your UK driving test. If the driving test centre has a car park, then complete a reverse bay park so you are facing outwards for the start of your driving test with your driving test examiner.
Wait in the waiting room for the examiner to arrive, the driving test examiner will ask to see your provisional driving licence and check your details.
You will complete an eye sight check(20M) at the start of your driving test.
You will be asked to answer a tell me question from the show me tell me questions that the examiner could ask.
Once all the details are completed by the driving test examiner and the examiner has explained the driving test, then it will start.
The driving test will last about 40 minutes.
You will be asked to complete a driving test manoeuvre.
You will be asked to drive independently for 20 minutes(road signs or sat nav).
You might be asked to complete an emergency stop(1 in 3).
You will driving on lots of different types of roads and road conditions.
You will be asked to complete a show me question.
The driving test is not finished until you are parked up in the driving test centre with the car secured and the engine turned off.
The driving test examiner will inform you if you passed or did not pass within a minute of completing the driving test.
