I have talked to many people that have served in the military and they all say study the laws of the country a person visit because they don't care that a Foreigner doesn't know the law or what other country they are from. The laws are applied to everybody and they have no problems enforcing them. I plan on leaving the USA ASAP.

It's beyond me why anyone who can come into Thailand, renew their visa, leave Thailand, and then re-enter would overstay. All those options to be a compliant tourist or visitor. It's totally irresponsible to forget or..or..or, they had every intention on overstaying. Therefore, they will reap the consequences upon exiting the country with fines and bans in place. Just freaking dumb!

90 day visa is an option for some nationalities if applying in your home country pre arrival…round trip ticket not necessary if over a certain age and please apply for visa extension before 30 day or your in big trouble if refused

As my mentor once “ignorance is not an excuse in anything you do” that goes to u.s laws and foreign laws. Go to the u.s state department website study the laws of the country you will visit and study their visa rules. I can why cats go to these countries and never want to leave 😂

Man I had 2 days left on my Visa Extension. But my passport was at Immigration 😂. Waiting for my ED VISA approval. It had been almost a month since they sent my application. I was getting worried about them overstay penalties. But there was nothing I could do. I couldn't leave the country without my passport. So the school I'm attending was like don't worry about it... I said yeah right 😏. Long story short I got my passport back 5 days after the 30 extension expired. My ED VISA was approved for 90 days then I can extend again another 90 and again after that. I also applied for the multi re-entry permit as soon as I got my passport back. Damn I wish it was as easy and convenient to stay like the Philippines.

Well, that wasn't really your fault. You did everything you could which is why I think they showed leniency. The people to get in trouble are the ones that deliberately overstay and then usually get jammed up for something else. Glad it all worked out for you!

Another nice vid! Hey have you ever thought about using an Instsa 360 camera? It would allow you to just hold it and the pick the aiming point after the filming. That way you don't miss anything due to it recording in all directions at once. The batteries are easy to switch out also. If I had the notion I'd go and bring you mine. Lol wink wink, nudge nudge 😆

Yes! Anytime you fly out of Thailand your visa automatically gets reset. The border runs to Cambodia are kind of played out at this point. Even though I haven't done it, I wouldn't trust those as much. But fly to another country and come back in a few days or a week you should be fine.

I don't really hang out at bars, so I can't speak on that, But you have to admit, generally speaking, the service is very good

You have to be 50 in order to be eligible for the requirement visa. They have different types of visas as well if you're not old enough. You have to find out which visa works for you I have a retirement visa that I have to renew every year.

Smart man! Just like anywhere in the world if your finances are wrong, life is going to be difficult. But each time you leave Thailand on an airplane to go to another country when you come back your visa resets automatically for example, if your visa expires on the 30th And you leave on the 20th and you come back on the 29th your visa will start over. That means your visa will expire on the 29th of the following month. Hopefully that makes sense. 😅

You have to be at least 50 years old and you have to show 24,000 and a Ty bank OR $1800 A MONTH COMING IN. I DON'T QUOTE ME ON THESE NUMBERS BECAUSE EVERYTHING CHANGES AND CAN CHANGE IT ANYTIME. I WOULD ASK UNCLE GOOGLE FOR THE LATEST UPDATES.
