Hello Mergim, That "orange Juice" was Pinakurat na Suka (Spiced Vinegar). We love vinegar and soysauce with almost all meals. Anyways thank you for highlighting Cebu! I appreciate you showing the blend of nature and the city, where if you are fed up with city life you can just take a short trip and detox from the city life easily. So the places you went to like little amsterdam and Sirao, They are very nice if you go there during the sunrise in the morning. Especially if you get to see the dewdrops. During night, Cebu city is the place to go to its bustling and has a lot of food and restaurants you can explore during the night. Sadly this is the last day in cebu, I still appreciate everything you do. Take care always.. I hope you are going to see the whale sharks or do the sardine run.

following the main road down you'll get to the other side of Cebu and past West 35 which is an Eco Mountain Resort then down the mountain to the other side, you'll get a few camping sites and the beach.

Hi Mergim the condiment on your breakfast is called "atchara". Atchara (also spelled achara or atsara) is a pickle made from grated unripe papaya originating from the Philippines. This dish is often served as a side dish for fried or grilled foods such as pork barbecue. The primary ingredient is grated unripe papaya. Carrot slices, julienned ginger, bell pepper, onion and garlic make up the other vegetables. Raisins or pineapple chunks may be added, and chilis, freshly ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, or whole peppercorns complete the mixture. These are then mixed in a solution of vinegar, sugar/syrup, and salt preserves. The mixture is placed in airtight jars where it will keep without refrigeration, however once opened it is preferably kept chilled to maintain its flavour.
