I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. You can also apply for financial aid while signing up, which can reduce the cost of the service by up to 40%. When you go through the signup process, you will be presented with the payment page and can elect not to pay. You will then be asked if the price was too much and will be given the option of financial aid. The narcissist will do ANYTHING to get attention. Positive or negative, doesn't matter. Very SICK. NO CURE EITHER...Alllllll you're LOVE can't do any good. You won't let them use you as a punching bag.
After 10 weeks of ‘No contact’ with the narc I was involved with for over 8.5 years hoovered me this morning via a Whatsup call. To cut a long story short- our discussions throughout the day made me realise that I definitely appreciate my own space and peace of mind, therefore am no longer interested in rekindling the relationship. The time apart has really provided me with the space to evaluate the relationship and appreciate my own space.
One important thing I've learned from "The Smear Campaing" is that how they organize it, how it's deliver and direct it reflect exactly on their real feelings ( yeah, they can feel, but only negative, malicious, dark feelings) so, the campaing tell us how bad they are in dealing with our rejection: They want to bring everyone to their level. A little detail is that unless your so-call friends and family that give them their attention are also Narcissists nobody else can fall that low. The narcs are the lowest of the most lowest and only if you are one you can experience their low ❤❤❤ cheers!!🎉 Be proud of being sensitive, to be hurt, to have to pick up your pieces one by one, to need theraphy and professional help because unlike them YOU CAN FEEL YOU ARE ALIVE ❤❤❤❤

The things that were revealed after 6 kids and 30 plus year marriage defined by endless chaos that proved I married her and her sick family was intimately involved in every aspect of the marriage. I endured endless manipulations and dysfunction. Cohabitated for 5 years before getting married, days after the mask started to fall. Counseled by respected psychologist who answered many questions. I endured Narc abuse that I tried to deflect from the children. Most of the kids have gone no contact since the divorce was final. My hero instinct has finally subsided and life is so much better now. Love yourself!!!!!
Hes blocked i blocked the toxic demon everywhere and left in complete silence no warning nothing a month ago and he deserved it. He can't contact me i also blocked and deleted his phone number. Can't believe i was fooled by this pathetic cowardly zero moral compass looser. He can't stalk me has no idea where i live or who my family and friends are. Thank goodness. They disgust me to my cire he is everything im against he told me he wasn't. Knowing dam well exactly what it is. Disgusting vile creatures.
all this describes my sibling narcissist. Narc Survivor has done it again! Although I wouldn't wish it on anyone, there is some irrepressible satisfaction that the narcissist is so miserable. For example, the day I started high school, my sibling was 3 grades ahead of me. In this small school, the sibling told me that they didn't want anybody to know that I was related to them, although we were the only two kids in school with that surname. well, the first narcissistic injury occurred when I made the honor roll early that term of school. That embarrassed my sibling who was not trying to succeed in high school at all.
Ex narc raged and discarded. He replaced me with new supply right away. I thought I had blocked him fully but he turned up on telegram. I thought I had removed him. Its true that he latched onto a new supply right away, but that didn't last. He was seen leaving strip club, with gross looking woman another time. God only know what he did when he was away on work trips now after listening to this. He is a very broken soul, and I pray for him. I haven't heard from him in almost 2 years now..(I admit it was me reaching out because of trauma bond) but I am moving on now that I am healing and feeling better!! And I am worth a mature love and man.
The narcissist has no low, they will do anything! One, he got social media followers of mine to give him list of my contacts. He has faked like some friends to contact me…🤣🤣😂😅😆 What a joke! Never need that….
