I'm 61 and now I have really dry skin. I used to have oily skin. I have to moisturize my whole body! Gotta love menopause! I hate getting weighed at the doctor's office. I always tell them to just write down fat lol
Hi Ana🙏❤️. Well girl! Yes, going through the change isn’t easy at all. The weight gain, sweating all the time, tired, sometimes mod swings too and yes, skin changes too. I’m 56 and I feel I’m still going through full blown menopause and also, forgetfulness can be a part of it too. Good luck to you and keep the faith and please, take care of you ok? Why do they call it menopause? It’s more like menwillrun lol. I think it’s just because they don’t want to compete against me in a mustache contest lol. I was so disappointed to go from one pad to another, ugh.

I keep meaning to ask you if you have had your doctor check your B12 level. Through talked one time about having issues with the sin on your lips and that can be a sign of low B12. My levels are low and causing all kinds of issues. Your red skin on face could be that too. Just something to check. Our bodies go crazy with menopause!
Ana, I know exactly what you are going through. Everyone's body is different and we all go through it. I went through it working , I worked at a Pharmaceutical Company in a sterile room with Men and Women ,the women and I was all around the same age.so we went through it together, we had fans in are room when we got hot, but we had to hide them in case the boss came in. The guys were out lookouts.😊 dread going to my doctor , but I had a heartache during COVID and they flew me in a helicopter to Jax hospital, I now have 2 stents .It's hotter up in the upper states, than in FL.Hope you get rest and stay cool. Been there done that..I'm suffering thru a knee replacement I had on June the 17th but when they done it one of the bones fractured so had to do extra surgery..I've had the other knee done one yr ago and it done great so this is a BIG set back.. I have high blood pressure too! I smoked for years and never had an issue with high blood pressure I quit smoking and boom she elevated! The price of stuff is sooo friggin expensive! I dunno how you guys with kids do it tbh! Sending love and patience!!! xoxox Take time and enjoy them kiddos!

Hi Ana! Menopause gives us all kinds of surprise gifts, doesn't she?! And none of them are wanted. Lol! I really have to limit my exposure to what's going on in the world. You are so right, it can freak you out when you start getting deeply into it. I look forward to your upcoming videos but completely understand if you need a break to take care of yourself and your family. Plus, I feel ya about the heat. It can take a toll with no real relief in sight. And we need rain so bad. I've noticed some farms putting up signs that say "pray for rain". Their crops are getting hit hard. Girlfriend I have been in menopause for 17 years and GOING. 6 years ago I had a complete hysterectomy and the stupid menopause won't stop! Had my hair cut SHORT because my HEAD SWEATS BAD!
I definitely agree with you. I have 2 teenage daughters and I hate to check out at the dollar tree when they are with me. I always spend way more than I intended.....lol but they're my kiddos. wouldn't trade them for a million or give a dollar for one more like them. thats what my mamma use to say....lol
You should drink something with electrolytes such as pedialite or the one for adults. It helps me when it is extremely hot. It’s good for the kiddos too!

I had a Dr. Tell me if the cuff is too small, it will read high. The last time I went to Dr. They used a regular one. I said in my head it was going to be high, and sure enough it was.
There is nothing cheap today. When my kids were young I couldn’t afford to take my kids to Dairy Queen. You look beautiful -you don’t need makeup . TAKE YOUR MEDS. lol be well

Okay I heard someone talking about using head and shoulders to cleanse their face to get rid of skin problems. You might just try that, they say it works.
Fell better and get rest. Heat does take a lot out of a person. At the onset of 50 I had a full Hysterectomy. My doc gave me Premarin, now estradiol to date I have had no menopausal systems. Hold up! I also must see my doc twice a year for checkups to ensure I am having no issues. He has been monitoring me for years now.
