You can take a verse of the scripture and meditate on it deeply. Your body, soul and spirit relax. It's you and God at that time. You refresh your life.

In summary, this video makes us aware of the three types of stress, acute, episodic acute, and chronic stress (which is the one we most want to avoid). The three main stress hormones are epinephrine, norepinephrine, and cortisol. A few ways we can reduce our stress is by being mindful, understanding the limits of our control on real world events, and sharing our problems with the good people in our lives. As a Nigerian from Benin City, the quote that stuck with me was "A problem shared is a problem half solved, unless it's with your village people" 💀

"If you don't handle stress, stress will handle you" very correct. As long as we are alive, we can't avoid stress. Considering the effects of the cortisol hormones released. But then as you said we can handle it by exercising, having proper diets including astymin, meditating and reaching out to our friends and loved ones. Thanks for this advice. So informative!

Stress affects every part of our system. From Immunity to our Memory and even digestion also. You talked about the types of stress we have -Acute Stress -Episodic acute Stress -Chronic stress (which is the most dangerous of the trio) Then you mention the Hormones that the body releases during stress - Epinephrine - Norepinephrine - Cortisols Now, understanding that you really cannot avoid stress entirely, you can manage it by: -Regular exercise -Eating Healthy meals -Taking multivitamins like Astymin -Rational reaction to situations beyond your control. Always relax - Talk to people that can ease you out of stress -Lastly, Practicing Meditation (distracting oneself from the many distractions around us) This is my own understanding

What I understand you said is that: Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is our body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps us avoid danger or meet a deadline. Chronic illness or injury. Emotional problems (depression, anxiety, anger, grief, guilt, low self-esteem) Taking care of an elderly or sick family member. Traumatic events, such as a natural disaster, theft, rape, or violence against you or a loved one.

stress is something everyone has to experience here on Earth but we can limit to the number of times we experience it. although there are natural causes of stress that we can't stop from happening but the ones we can manage and limit can go a long way in helping us in staying healthy. The most important line and lesson l learnt from this video is calmness sometimes certain things or people piss us off, we don't have to shout or get annoyed we can just smile and lgnored these factors. this simple act of calmness can go a long way in reducing the amount stress we experience

I had a colleague (he was a project manager) and we had a very big project that we needed to deliver and the project manager was under pressure to deliver on time. To cut a long story short, he died in his room due to heart attack. Stress kills, let nobody put u under pressure, because the project/job/spouse will continue life without you. Have time to rest, meditate, exercise and eat healthy, go for regular checkups take supplements (astymin). Life does not work as it is in your brain.

Stress is a physiologic response but it becomes a problem when the stress becomes difficult for the body to handle. To this end you talked about the types of stress. 1. Acute Stress: which is good for the Body. 2. Episodic-Acute: which the body get to deal with all the time but pending the surrounding event. 3. Chronic: Unavoidable. This type of stress is capable of impairing a person's life forever. Causes/Triggers 1. Hardship aka SAPA 2. Relationship Crisis 3. Bereavement* 4. An accident that interferes with normal life processes. Your Body deal with this by releasing substances which include 1. Epinephrine - fight, flight and fright 2. Norepinephrine 3. Cortisol - which would cause an increase in apetite that puts a person in a position to potentially gain weight due to cravings for high energy meals/food/junk and this could culminate in stroke and heart attack if the person do have a risk of atherosclerosis. How do you manage? 1. Learn to Calm down 2. Exercise which will help release the feel good hormones called endorphins 3. Eat healthy/ intake of ASTYMIN 4. Share your problems with people who genuinely care and have a potential to ameliorate it. 5. Practice Meditation and Mindfulness... Thank you in advance.... @aprokodoctor

The video was made to give tips in honour of International Stress Awareness Week. Stress is the body's way of coping with something that's seemingly harmful to it. The body responds by releasing flight or fight hormones. There's Acute stress, Episodic acute stress and Chronic stress and 3 hormones are secreted during stress. When Cortisol, one of the hormones, is secreted in excess, it increases appetite which then leads to weight gain. In order to manage stress, we have to: Relax about things we can't control Eat healthy Exercise Meditate Take a dose of Astymin Talk to people in your corner Stay healthy

Is the international stress awareness week and the video episode was sponsored by ASTYMIN (ASTYMIN is filled with amino acids and multi vitamins to help the body repair and recover) Most of us are stressed on a daily basis but just few of us knows the type of stress,the effects of stress and how we can manage stress in our body Stress attacks our immune system, memory, health and brain. No part of the body is immune to stress as far as we are alive and breathing so the best thing to do is stress management. WHAT IS STRESS? Stress is your own body way of responding to an event or condition that you think will hang your life. There are three kinds of stress ___Acute stress ___Episodic acute stress ___chronic stress The one we mostly want to avoid is chronic stress. Acute stress can be Good but episodic acute stress is when you are dealing with acute stress everytime and the chronic stress is the one that really affects your life (a good example is living with someone that stress you) There are certain things that can trigger stress and these includes:Sapa, relationship problems, car accidents or natural disasters, loss of a loved one. Street can affect us in different ways eg during stress, three hormones are secreted (Epinephrine, Norepinephrine and cortisol) Epinephrine and Norepinephrine prepare you from fighting or flying, they make your muscles tense and increase your blood pressure,you see yourself wanting to do the things that you don't do before . The hormone of stress we need to be careful about is the cortisol (is the oga patapata of them all😂)the cortisol goes to your body system, remove all the glucose so that your body can have energy to fight,but when it's too much,it starts to increase your appetite,you start reaching for food with calories and junk food, soda's etc reaching for sugary foods so that your body can replenish it's lost energy,it can also lead to weight gain and metabolic syndromes.The cortisol can also remove your ability to digest and also the body immunity which can enhance sickness and indigestion It can also affect the inner lining of your blood vessel which can block certain important blood vessels when you are suffering from ATHEROSCLEROSIS and can lead to a stroke or a heart attack. Stress can be harmful to us which leads us to stress management.....how can we manage stress? 1)....you need to understand that you can't change or control so relax...instead of complaining and shouting for mama Pius that the beans she gave you is half done and the oil is one side why not calm down and order a plate of rice🌝 2)Excercise___excercise helps the body to release certain hormones called ENDORPHINS 3)....Eat Healthy____Nkechi that always order chicken and chips on every date you go,why not cut down the calories and eat more Vegetable and fruits? 4) Meditation____the country is already hot as it is,we live in a placed world,take a while for yourself and meditate Also try talk to people when you are going Tru alot, a problem shared is half solved expect you share m give your village people😂...do not forget, if u don't handle stress,stress will handle you THANK YOU Omo this 30k will relieve me alot of stress please God help me🥺🥲🙏

You talked about stress and the type of stress and they are acute stress, episodic acute stress and chronic stress. You said acute stress is not harmful to us and that chronic stress can be a deadline, while episodic acute stress is like acute stress but it happens often for example meeting up to a deadline consistently, then finally chronic stress which is harmful to the body, an example is when someone is giving you problems everyday. And it is not possible that we won't be stressed in this life but there are ways to manage stress. Also during stress the body releases enphridophene, norephrdophene and cortisol. Enphridophene and norephrdophene helps keeping the body safe using the flight and fight method while cortisol helps in terms of emergency but can be dangerous also because it can make you eat junks like soda to give you energy and makes the body not to concentrate on digestion and other important thing in the body but acts as an emergency to prevent danger. An it is important to take daily dose of aspirin as it helps the body than junks

In summary, Stress is inevitable, especially in our fast paced world, where everything is happening at the same time with the click of a button. However, stress can be managed, we are basically stuck with it. First, we have to understand that our immune system get affected, by emergencies or perceived emergencies. As our bodies work overtime dealing with the present situation that other processes are put to the back burner, through the release of certain hormones. Now we might not know immediately because we want to get out of the problems as fast as we can forgetting that we cannot control everything, it's the hormones and the stressors obviously( things and people that cause the stress). Dealing with Stress: 1. Identify what stresses you for better management; sapa, relationships, jobs events etc 2. Watch your diet, avoid carbonated drinks, take multivitamins, such Astimin which is packed with amino acids, minerals that your body needs. 3. Relax you can't control everything! Practice mindfulness and meditation. Tune out the noise 4. Exercise; wellness begins from a healthy body. 5. It's international day for stress awareness share this video. Emeka need am!

Summarize. Stress is way our body react to a particular situation .There Are 3 types of stress but the one we should avoid most is d chronic stress. Acute stress is somehow good . then we should learn how to control stress so that it won't control us.
@louisaibanga354
@louisaibanga354 Год назад
Am stressed when my body responds to an event that seems harmful to my life. When this happens always, it leads to chronic stress, which can affect my brain and memory and even my immune system and overall health. Toxic relationship can trigger stress. So can the death of a loved one. And even car accident among other things. Once chronic stress is triggered, cortisol is released into the body and this can affect appetite, weight gain, indigestion and even compromised immune system. So, since I cannot avoid stress, I should be able to manage it. How ? By eating healthy whole foods, fruits and vegetables. By discussing our feeings with close friends and family. Also by practicing meditation and mindfulness . Exercise will help and so will being patient in situations that are out of our control.
