A lot of Facebook advertisers are struggling with Facebook ad disapprovals and even disabled ad accounts right now.
I've received TONS of messages from panicking Facebook advertisers and it does seem that Facebook has made their ad review process a lot stricter recently.

Hi Ben, I hope you're having a fantastic day helping millions of people. I am so happy that you're replying to most of the people here. Now, last day my ad account got disabled. I talked to the chat support like you've said in your other video. They've asked me 24-48 hours and they've told me, this isn't a big deal and they see no problem from their side. However, I do think the reason why they got my account disabled is because I promoted an affiliate marketing campaign. Since its my first time, my landing page doesn't look so professional. But here is the thing. Many people told me that simple landing pages work better than complex ones.

hey Ben I have had many denials due to offering alcohol....I run a VERY small popup food business doing Cajun food at various venues including craft breweries i do not advertise selling beer but it appears I get denied simply for saying I am at a brewery....I am wondering if I need to select specific countries or areas? I am a very small business but I have a good reputation and am trying to build my business.

good video ben. what about personal attributes? can you talk about the pain and frustrations one had such as low confidence and self esteem for example then introduce a weight loss product or guide that helped one lose that weight and regain there confidence?

Hi Steven, thanks a lot. If you talk about personal attributes you have to be really careful. My recommendation is to do so in a case study situation. So if you talk about you're previous personal attributes or a customer's previous personal attributes (and you know your target market is likely to resonate with that) you have a much better chance of getting your ads approved.

Thank you for the video really helps. However I do have a question. My friend's business manager got blocked without her even running any ads. She only created the business manager and she found that it was disabled a few days later. Why is that? She has had her personal Facebook for years now so definitely not a fake profile.

Is an infrared-view before and after allowed only on my website? (For a warming device, and heat increases blood flow by expanding blood vessels, it's a fact). I'm so worried because so far FB is nice to me, I don't wanna ruin the relationship haha.

Hi Ben, what about screenshot of a facebook messenger good conversation review(Name cropped only conversation). Can I use it for retargeting or facebook ads? Will it get approve? Have you tried using it?

Hi Dardana, I haven't tested that but I would be very careful. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Facebook disapproved it.

Hey! Ben, Can we advertise digital products through Facebook ads for our Shopify store?? I am a little bit confused because in commerce policies it is mentioned that we cannot list digital products but in the advertising policies nothing is mentioned related to digital products. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how digital products would work through Shopify. But you can definitely advertise digital products on Facebook without breaching policies. We do so all the time.

1) If I run ads from my Business Manager for a client who gave me access to his Facebook Ad Acount (or Business Manager?)... if that ad is not accepted, or low quality, does it affect my Business Manager as well, or only my client's? 2) I just used a post already published on the Page as an ad - just to get that initial social proof ...but if I create multiple ads, than that would not be possible. Should I not be concerned about getting the initial social proof anymore?

Hi George, yes absolutely. You need to be careful not to focus in on a particular body part in the image, but otherwise you should be fine :)

Ben Heath Ben one more question for ya, I have been banned on Facebook over a year ago in June 2019, it was a device ban because I was spamming. I can’t find a way to talk to a human at Facebook and I need back in the platform to start a business, i know they need you to use your real name, if I use the same name that was banned a year ago with another computer and a new phone (new devices) and never use the same IP address connected to the banned ones is it safe to use or I’ll be blocked again

Sometimes ads slip through the net - it is highly likely to be flagged at some point though.

I keep getting circumventing policy violation ... what on earth. i get it reviewed run the campaign again then automatic ban again aughh.

That sucks - I would try and change the wording in your ads a bit to avoid the disapproval algorithms

I just started to work with a client. We created an ad account yesterday to realize that it's disabled this morning, we didn't run any ad yet. Anyone in the same situation?

Hi Dalal, that is very odd. Has an ad account associated with their page been disabled before? That could be the reason why.

My Facebook business ad business account was disabled, my personal ad account which has been linked to it for 7 years and never violated any policies was disabled becasue it was also linked to it. This was in March I sent off an appeal and haven't heard anything back

@@thatchickTV if that's happened then it sounds like you must have violated the policies in some way. Even if you didn't realise it. When ad accounts are incorrectly disabled they are usually re-enabled pretty quickly after appeal. It sounds like you might need to start again with a new profile, ad account and BM.

@@BenHeath Thanks Ben for the reply, Its been close to 3 months now. So yesterday I created a new Facebook account. I hadn't set up ads or anything and it was disabled a couple of hours after. At this point it has gotten very frustrating for me as I have clients breathing down my neck and have no way to run ads.
