I think part of him being the GOAT is that there isn't anything he won't try or do to get better at climbing. If he thought milking cows could help him get better at climbing he would be a champion cow milker in 6 months.

Cow milking certainly seems good for your finger health 🧐

Assumptions, assumptions.

Thought the same thing, he start with somethings that is not well understood in the scientific literature and he imagine a lot from that point. I do feel those assumptions is unethical. Unethical in the way someone can start training something that wont give the result he expect and can even affect how he perceive is potential. Dangerous in the way.

@@Rockhug what precisely is unethical?

Other than the clickbait title (which is an assertion never made in the clip) what assumptions do you have an issue with?

@@jfireclimbing Adam Ondras collagentype is not the only one but the first one. In general i prefer a more scientific approach, this is very anecdotal. Anecdotal is fine if mark it as such but here nothing is marked and no sources are provided.

@@noleft Nothing discussed here is contradictory to the science on flexibility. It's a podcast, not a research paper. It does not need to be marked as anecdotal.
