Alan Keating, Tom Dwan lick their lips every time they sit down see players like him sitting there......if the table didn't have at least 3 or 4 of these "B" level players, they wouldn't be there. These B level players are better than 99% of players and win some of the time, but up against players of the caliber of Keating or Dwan, it's just not a fair fight.

Keating's style of play obviously isn't for everyone, but because of his bankroll and hyper-aggressiveness, he maximizes a lot of his payouts, and I can certainly understand why he would be difficult to play against, especially for a large pot.

dwan bought keatings hand for 20k in exchange for his hand at 10k. more favorable to sell for less since dwan was ahead. keating wanted to bump it up to 30 / 60 but dwan just wanted 10 to 20. they ended up chopping but because dwan won the hand he owed keating 10 for selling his hand

but he got a call from a worse hand he wanted! He tricked Keating into calling, as Alan knew its no boat and hes not drawing dead. Perfect mindplay from mikex, as he knew keating didnt have A (would snapcall) and A.K. told him he had a deuce + nut low. MikeX is a 90% favorite, he wants a call any day lol.

@@upmagic yes he wants call but in my opinion u misread the action mikex did. Alan keating even had his hand but called anyway more for content..i mean be honest. without camera im pretty certain he'd fold. and on top, he doesnt have his bodylanguage under control..he even shook his head saying yes when his body shew no..pretty sure alan didnt catch that, but this is like beginner stuff in body language live poker
