I mean, there’s not much you can really do to Hanzo balance wise without crippling the character. His kit is very difficult to balance because of what it is. Plus, completely reworking him probably wouldn’t go over well with the community, considering how a lot of people reacted to Doomfist becoming a tank.

@@decimation9780 I have one idea, maybe make his projectile size increase over distance like sniper rifles in Apex Legends do. Starting as tiny pixels and growing larger as they travel. This would make close range headshots on divers like Tracer much harder to hit (like ashe/widow) while still compensating for his slow projectile speed over distance. If this hurts his win rate they could compensate with a small mobility buff or something. I like this idea because it's very subtle but would mean that Hanzo is reliably diveable by more dps characters, like Ashe is currently.

@@decimation9780literally just decreasing his absurd arrow hit box and making his headshots do 180 instead of 300 would make him balanced without crippling him.

@@juicedinsomniac5198 Well guess what, he does around 220 damage per headshot, so he can still hold his own against other DPS heroes.

@@decimation9780 well it’s a step in the right direction at least, now I have some options to not get one shot when I’m not queueing tank. Before this nerf literally no character outside of tanks besides bastion was safe from his one shot
