This is beautiful. This man understands the passion & love she has for stamps. 😊The beauty he has to not only give her a perfect stamp, but make the entire experience an amazing memory. For the rest of us, by viewing this video, experienced the emotional impact of what it means to give a caring moment in customer service (it is so much more than cs). His actions are an example of what "could be" as we all walk through life. Realize 100x a day small chances to make not only your life, but another's life much more.

Here in th UK, The National Trust has rubber stamps at many of its properties- usually a depiction of each historic building, or a subject connected with each property- and you can purchase small 'passports' that you can have stamped at each property you visit. My sons all had them, as children, and used to be so excited to see what each new stamp would be. Stamps like this are such a nice souvenir of a visit, but its such a simple idea. 👏

The professionalism and respect you are shown in Japan will blow your mind. After spending weeks there, I was very impressed by the way everyone working in a service role was always incredibly positive, helpful, and polite. They did everything they could to improve the lives of others. I later found out that unlike service roles in North America, people in Japan have an incredible level of respect for the folks who perform these jobs. They are also usually paid considerably better than the masses of minimum wage workers in North America. This is why travel is so important, it makes you a better person when you see other, better ways to do the things you always took for granted.

Malaysians learn English in school normally. It’s like a top 20 on the English language proficiency index. Only other Asian countries higher are Singapore (neighbor, and #2 in general I think), and the Philippines (by a few points)

This is how you show your customers that they will be treated with kindness and respect. No need to scam. Provide excellent service because it's the right thing to do, not because you need to convince people to pay for your business. It is a given, and everything else is to thank your customers and clients for choosing you, because they could have chosen anyone else, but they chose your business. That is kindness and should be met with kindness.

Did y’all see that? Such a simple interaction between two people can truly make a difference. He may just think he’s doing his job and that’s it, but his care and diligence made a world of difference to her! This is a reminder that your actions matter. Let’s be nice to each other every chance we get bc you never know who could really be touched by that kindness. Even a simple smile could really make someone’s day, so I hope we can all do it more often! ❤
