Don't use increase cooltime on nigong ... Dmg reduction passive if it's on cooldown

I love the team but I prefer to attack this type of defense with Velajuel / Rica / Nora / Sath because even if slower than bomb team it is safer and the team can attack more defenses. I tried both and there is no match
