@@noshowerforweeks797 there is a pact for this but it only gives one bar back. You still have to get that loot of the hunter unlike a kill from across the map that heals for everything instantly.
Can you all stop moaning about solo necros. I for one wnjoy the fact that you get crazier and longer fights. I dont particularly care about winning anymore, i just want to enjoy the fights, as should all of you. Everyone being much harder to kill now is a nice change. As well as the fact that long ammo less effective as health bar economy is much better which feels so good. Getting downed isnt as punishing atm and its so good
Solo necro makes no sense. Having to camp a solo player’s body is simply not fun and stagnates the game. You say you want longer fights in a game that focuses on pretty realistic gunplay, which is a contradiction in of itself. You should be focusing on having longer matches and quick, more efficient gunfights. Solo necro spits in the face of tactics and skill. Got a headshot on a player? Too bad, he’s got easy mode on so it doesn’t matter.
Also told people the same and they were like "oh that is sucha edge case, death pact gives you unlimited downs and vulture give free bars!" The main difference is that infernal can basically go "full online" within the first 5-10 min of match, bc you can trait refund into bloodless and blazeborne is only one pledge mark. Whereas Death pact needs to accru 6 pledge marks to stack relentless WITHOUT getting downed inbetween. And Death Pact is only really affecting a little bc if you get burned the extra relentless doesn't do anything for you.
I'm honestly not a fan of all these event perks, they go too far at this point. Basically makes alot of the special ammo types & certain play styles useless.
I never thought solo necro was op but this looks totally busted in the event. No other counterplay than bring firebombs and wait for a long time if he has all the needed traits and antidote... Every event they have some trait that eliminates the rules of the game like death cheat or even instinct but this is just too much man.
i dont think necro is super op but it is strong and needs a nerf. mabey you loose an extra health chunk when you revive. with this build tho it is deffinatly broken.
@@Bayar1010 You don't need to be skilled to abuse this, my guy. Infernal on a solo player with necro flat out makes extremely difficult to get taken out of the game, and also gives you crazy comeback potential.
I still think adding necro self res was a mistake, bad players use it with snipers so that you can't possibly prevent the self revive and good players can use it like this normally if you down someone in the middle of an open space you just need to make sure no one is around, because just sitting there aiming at the corpse will get you shot by their teammate but if they happen to be a solo the correct counterplay is the exact opposite, and you can't really know if it is a party or a solo in most cases
still not as op as death cheat was tbh, because you need to build up to this combo instead of permanently having the same full trait setup for the whole event
Acolyte trait in Demented block is pretty weak. You need to gain 30 marks(or to kill player) and then get a trait from caravan to have ability to gain traits from the clue. The clue can dissapear when boss is banished and you dont need that in next game because you can choose traits in lobby. Compare to first traits in other block, well, demented sucks really bad
Really hope they change the burning while downed. Love staring at solo snipers body and know if i move away im going to get sniped. There is no way around it anymore unless you carry multiple firebombs and spend 8 minutes watching the body.
The game is really benefiting solo streamers at the moment, but i hate this. Solos pop up and kill me after dying enough as it is, let alone with the changes.
I got into hunt late and out tons of hours into it. Took a break. Everytime I tried to come back some event was going that changed how the game played. Now this one.. Ha.. What a joke. No actual player skill required to be a god.
Nor fire ammo/dragon breath/fire bolts. Nor poison ammo/bolts. And you can't know if it will work till you hit enemy. So yeah, all special ammo you can take is fmj and HV. Horrible experience tbh.
Why do they always make the pacts so unbalanced? Even the zombies in this game dies and don't come back, but the solos... they never die, thiese traits have no place in this game.
Solo revive was not realy op but just fucking annoying. But now with the event traits its just the worst idea that crytek has had in a long ass time. How fun is it when people can just stand up over and over again and you cant realy do anything about it
I bought the battle pass but I don't even want to play anymore. I liked this game for he slow rates of fire and long gun fights with high stakes... that's all gone.
The only thing that breaks this pact is the possibility of self-resurrection. If previously you had to be paranoid over the corpse of every solo player, now paranoia will reach a new level. I hope the developer will add a mechanic for banishing solo players from the game like bosses, followed by a ban for a week thanks rakta for the week of solo infernals p.s. sarcasm. no thanks rakta
I really love how they’re toying with more ways to restore lost health. Infernal is broken fosho lol but real fun. Im looking forward to whatever permanent restore mechanic they add.
It is technically. It makes it easier for the mew players. Or people who Maybe don't like how hard-core the game is during non events. I mean it's not that hard-core compared to what it was before but still. So I'm pretty sure alot of these traits that remove the core mechanics are gonna stick Around to keep the player numbers up you know
If you don't see them burning check if you can take their guns, burn out will be done if you can't pick them up, and this is why I'm the team mate that carries the wire bombs and trip mines so I know your not standing up easy.
my favorite part is that teams now have to wait even longer wasting their own time waiting for you to burn out instead of just moving on and continuing to play. The reddit threads bitching about being "forced" into watching solo bodies are really popping off. Me? i just move on and fight them again later if they decide to pursue. More PvP = more fun
This is why for me it breaks a lot of things. As solo player etc. you feel like your the king of the hill. But for others it sucks and make almost every special ammo useless. Also the fact to getting the camper friends position when burning his friend will not work anymore if everyone plays the OP Pact in my opinion. For balancing this is the badest thing they have done so far in an event.

I hear all the people whining all the time about the infernal pact. Like guys just enjoy the game. Stop with constant whining about the pacts when the pacts show up. They are suppose to break instances of the game. They aren't suppose to sit and do nothing for the player. Grow up and get over it
Its only OP in rachtas hands, and that of similar youtubers/streamers. I play in 6 stars and I've yet to see a solo kill my team. If youre dying to solos there's something wrong with your team.
yeah infernal ist the most op the other pacts cant compore they dont come even lose i dont know why a certain youtuber with crazy opinions about weapons is saying its the most balanced pacts we ever had... not at all... it the most unbalanced pacts we ever had... death cheat is a jake against this
Necro needs to be a burn trait. Either that or is should only be usable once or twice max. I hate blowing people's heads of with a shotgun only to see them reform and get up like nothing happened. We are supposed to be fighting other hunters out here, not resident evil regenerators.
It’s so tough to know if anybody is dead. In a compound fight against a team of three and a solo, it’s already nearly impossible to tell who’s going to John Cena back to life and smack me upside the head while I’m dealing with the others, let alone with this garbagio.
I don't see necro as a problem at all here. It is easy to burn out or keep a solo dead under normal circumstances. For a regular solo to survive a firebomb/concertina combo, they need to have 3 traits which cost 9 points together. The problem is with the infernal pact as this video showcases. It turns solos from an equipment check into undead pains in the ass.
Who the fuck are these people that just let you get up? Solo revive (Necromancer) has been useless for me this event because players are dragging their nuts on my face for 20 minutes after they toss a Hellfire bomb.
As someone who does play a fair amount of solo with necro, yeah even I can't defend how busted this is. I honestly don't even pick infernal while playing solo cause of how ridiculous it is.

Me who knows nothing about Hunt: Showdown besides pew pew: I have no idea what's going on, even though I've watched 30+ hours of content 22:58 most beautiful rain I've seen in any game, besides Red Dead Redemption 2.
Forgot to mention that bulwark got buffed and is still only 2 points!....making you able to tank explosives, bomblance, and flash. Adding stuff like infernal pact, another rapid fire weapon and things like solo nerco still in the game has me sad for the state of hunt. You play a certain kit that cost extra in game currency and people have hard counters make it basically worthless. The better players will maintain the pact creating a even greater skill gap than already getting an mmr squish or going in solo. Now a solo player has mmr squish, 5-8+ lives, cant be burned or bled. Its just lame and not fun.

Still people say that it's balanced. This is so busted on all levels, had fun trying it but it really feels like playing on easy mode with light cheats.

@@RachtaZ I'm almost positive. I hadn't died yet and was at full health fighting the butcher when it happened. It burned till I was about at 15 hp on the last big bar and then revived so I wouldn't die.
