Listen to what Coach blac says you guys, I went no contact for a few weeks. Hit them up we had a big argument, said hurtful & disrespectful things that can’t be taken back. Just wanted her back or to at least get closure and it went way left. I regret contacting her. Coach was right

But what if you are the secure attachment person and they are the avoidant. But all you get are breadcrumbs in the relationship because they’re so broken? I feel like I have to break up with him for my own self preservation. Will no contact actually encourage him to get the counseling he needs? I've been unblocked for 9 weeks aftwr been blocked for months, he still hasn't reached out. Im still no contact.

Can you do a video specifically about making the mistake of chasing/contacting for several weeks/months before going no contact? and how that impacts the time he takes to process or attachment your ex will have to you going forward. I believe he is a fearful avoidant and I was confused if I should leave him alone or if he was just scared of how strong his feelings were or his fear of abandonemnt. These types tend to leave before they get left. so I contacted him about 10 times during the break up. Acted absolutely like an anxious mess because of my confusion. My ex ghosted me a week after I spent thanksgiving with his family so I didn’t know what to do. I was so confused. I was also involved with his two kids (7) and (13) had Christmas presents for th and everything. Wish I would have acted with more regard for myself instead of being so concerned with his well being. Mine came back over and over over the years. Never failed. Was doing no contact but not consciously, just let go and press forward with what you have. What’s for you will be there in time. It will all come together. Just trust and believe in yourself that you are worth the time of anyone. Just make sure that you are doing the respecting and being respected. In whatever your relationship, whether it’s a relationship with yourself or anybody else.

The thing is, if they reflect on your relationship and what you really provided…the humor, the friendship, the warmth, and they still don’t want you, you dodged a bullet. You’re playing a game throughout your entire relationship if you follow this advice. It will always end badly.
