Almost 3mo’s I haven’t reached out because there’s no need in my mind. I don’t want to just be friends, but I do miss him. No one ever discusses the difficulty of the grief you feel from making the right decision. Whew! I don’t want to ever feel this again.
@coachblac I had a reach out a couple weeks ago from my ex. It pissed me off..but surprised me. I didn’t reply until the next day and only said, it’s not ok (him reaching out to apologize after 3 months!) he didn’t reply. So it was a temp check. Few days ago, I told him to stop playing games, you wanted me gone, I’m gone. He replied an hour later (it was early) saying he doesn’t want me gone. I replied, actions say diff and left it at that. Of course he hasn’t responded lol. I feel so good that I no longer am triggered by his avoidant immaturity. Thank you for your videos! One live you advised me to not go to an event he was posting he’d be at near my gym. I lost who I was for a second with his confusing behavior.. I’m back to being me but with more insight and accountability of my past avoidant behavior with other people.
She DM’d me 2 weeks after the breakup saying she still has a hammer that I left at her place lol. I answered a few days later telling her to keep it. Then she asked “how are you?”. I just told her I’m good, and about to go play basketball. She liked the message then poof. That was a month ago now. Like what was the point of that?
This just saved me… I still live with my ex wife and we’ve been in and out for the past few years… she just told me she is ready for us to move forward with our lives.. and I agreed… but when I see her she doesn’t talk like she’s moving out, nor does she talk about how we’re going to manage our 3 children… I was just about to ask her to chill with me until I seen this video… thanks
We’ve been broken up for 8 months but has been with each other everyday…. I’m on day 3 of NC and I’m getting good at it but I’m not for sure what to do if she does contact me. We are 8 years a part with her being older than me with kids I hate to say but I think she is okay with us being distant just because she’s surrounded by her children and family…me on the other hand I live by myself
Thank you, Coach. You helped me through a very rough breakup. You just started popping up on my timeline randomly. It took me a few weeks to apply what you were telling me. 3 months after having the strength to go completely no contact, he tried to call acting like it was just another day and not months later of no contact whatsoever from him. The first thing he noticed was my dry tone when I realized who he was (I'd deleted his number) and asked "if I was ok" 🙄 He then tried that narcissistic guilt bs but ended up hanging up on me when he tried the "if that's the case, I'll never call you again." And, I dryly replied, "ok." In the words of Kendrick, "them superpowers getting neutralized." Lol. Game over.
Coach she reached out to me after 8 months, she’s in rebound. But she called me once and I missed that, she blocked me again on insta. What does it mean and what should I do.
This should play every other Day for those just starting and then you can explain. That it's why it's so important to take no contact time to build yourself up to the best. You can be because it backs up what you're saying now and they back each other up actually, and that's the way it's gotta be, you know, it's gotta be that way. I have much love for everybody. These comments are so negative. It does work. I had an ex that literally broke up with me THEN BEGGED FOR ME BACK as soon as I stopped chasing/begging and actually removed my energy and put it back on myself. Ultimately, I decided I didn’t want them at all but soon as I energetically detached and truly didn’t care if he came back or not, he quickly came back begging. I ended up having to block him because he was doing a LOT lol. Point is, if your ENERGY is desperate PEOPLE CAN FEEL IT EVEN IF YOU ARE NO CONTACT! Put ALL your energy ON YOURSELF. It WORK! What Coach says is REAL! It’s about energy as well as physical action! It’s law of detachment!

Had the woman of my dreams walk out on me and my son and moved 2300 miles away overnight to start over with her ex. I have been in NC for a month now, and it’s very hard. I lost 62 pounds thanks to dieting and being dedicated to the gym, getting ready to build a new custom home, saving money and getting ready for my future with my son. I was destroyed and broken, but I’m pushing forward. It’s very hard, but it can be done. Focus on yourself and your goals everyone

They had been split up for a couple years but she was still dating him when we met so who knows. It’s ironic but it’s all good man. It’s her loss at the end of the day. I will say I had a one on one with coach and he changes the game. It’s her loss at the end of the day.
I don't know. When she broke up with me she wouldn't stop saying she loves me and hopes we can get back together but that we need some space and time to think, to better ourselves. And I know she still has feelings for me because I saw her recently before and after an exam and she tried her best to avoid me, she couldn't even look me in the eyes, we crossed paths and she looked at me and stopped in front of me but didn't look like she wanted to talk and had avoided me earlier so I just kept walking, I don't know if I should have said something even though she didn't. She was posting lots of subliminal stories on Instagram until we saw each other in person again, she also keeps stalking my social media but won't engage with me. It's been almost 2 months NC and it was my birthday yesterday, she didn't say a word but looked at every story. I feel like she might be starting to regret the breakup since I have been doing extremely well and I proved to her that she was wrong when she doubted I could stay away from her, but I can't imagine her as the type of person to reach out after the way she treated me since the breakup, it's like she turned into someone else.
You shouldn’t still be watching her stories. Every situation is different but in my experience people can say things to make the breakup conversation easier, or less adversarial But the actions always show their real feelings
@@blacademic I silenced all her posts and stories so I don't watch anymore since yesterday, I didn't think much of it before since she never posted but ever since we got to a month of NC she started posting a lot more. I think you are right and I keep reminding myself to pay attention to her actions because when we broke up she said a lot of contradicting things. When she broke up she said she didn't like me as much anymore and wasn't sad about the breakup, then the next day she called me crying and we had lunch together where she told me she wants us in a relationship but is unsure. Then a week later she was suddenly sure of her decision and was being rude and dismissive to me even though she was the one texting me. It's all just so weird and she broke up when we were finally going to be moving in together, we were in a relationship for over 2 years. I followed all your advice and I tried to be as respectful as possible, never showing anger or appearing weak, and I went to NC after 2 weeks and a half dozen conversations since I was tired of how she was treating me. I'm really confused though because she said all those things about loving me and that she wanted us to try again after our semesters are over, she also said she wanted us to remain friends because I was such an incredible boyfriend, but ever since I told her I don't want to be strung along she got mad at me and it feels like she distanced herself a lot, even though she said all those things about loving me and wanting us together before. I'm going to be sticking in NC anyway because I do believe you when you say it's the best option, it shows her I'm not an option to her and that I won't stay in her life if she's going to dismiss my feelings after the way she's treated me. If she doesn't come back I hope I'll eventually be able to get over her too, I've been trying but I really feel like she was the love of my life and I was completely blindsided. @@starlight1514If they leave and it’s not like a couple months (3 max I would say) or less, then they are not worth it. If they’ve slept with someone else within that 3 months and try to come back, then they are also disqualified, do not take em back. They will never respect you and always think about doing it again. In reality no contact is really for yourself most of the time.
My x loved me, but I regret sending a break up text, bc I was grieving the loss of my mother. I felt overwhelmed, and now we haven’t spoken in a month. He said he forgave me, and then he stopped talking to me. The sad part is, I still expect that he will call or text me.😔
What do i do if i broke no contact for 5 momths. But ive been blocked. Since day 1. I think she hears my voicemials and gets my emails but does not respond. We were together 3 years. Should i give up or??
I think the reason my ex is considering us again after 3 years is largely because I never moved on. Idgaf. I told her everyone else can be the same, not me... I lost her, and i embraced being alone... I think she can see that guys talk big in the moment about never loving again. You're the last woman for me. She has to see that she meant more to me than anyone else, and those weren't just words.
Im struggling bad and i try to do no contact cause he doesn’t answer when i do its been 9 months but he will send me memes on instagram about how a man is broken etc etc stuff like that and why??? Then i fall for it then start messaging him back thts only when he responds when hes doin this its crazy… which he did june 6 he does at least once a month but why does he do tht its sad 😔 because we was in cloud 9 for five years until we had a miscommunication about money so sad he let tht get in our way we never had a bad relationship
