Stephen Curry broke down after yet another Draymond Green ejection. It came early in a really important game but that's not what moved Steph to tears.

The crying is clearly anger that has been building up for a long time. He's not the type to curse and throw a tantrum, especially not in public. But he still has emotions.

Here's the thing: Draymond Green's behavior is a symptom that the Golden State warriors and the NBA failed to properly address. Some dudes don't respond to love. They only respond to force. Draymond Green should have been dealt with more forcefully earlier in his career. He should have been suspended for the entire year after the Rudy gobert incident, but he wasn't. A guy like Draymond Green believes he's invincible and he can get away with anything. He believes all of his actions are justified and is just a part of who he is and you just need to accept it. For years Golden State agreed with that. When they were winning everything was all good. But now that they're losing all of a sudden, it's a problem. Draymond as a man has to be accountable but some men need real help and he hasn't received that help.

They were put in a fortunate situation when they faced their kryptonite Denver Nuggets in round 1 with Murray and MPJ out with injuries and cruising past inexperienced Grizzlies team and beating known playoff choker Jayson Tatum. Key pieces from that championship team have fallen off since then. Klay has fallen off so much that he's been benched in favor of a rookie. Jordan Poole has become a meme since being traded to Wizards, Wiggins is nowhere near what he was during that miracle run, Otto Porter Jr. has retired, Draymond is consistently getting in altercations. Warriors have been slipping in standings year after year since that admittedly unexpected run and now they are barely a play-in team. It's easy to brush every issues plaguing them by saying they recently won another championship but the team has been constantly marred by injuries to its key players and locker room drama since their dynasty days. Steph’s leadership style is to lead by example, consensus and to expect the ones he leads to step up. He doesn’t call out people and builds pressure onto himself. When you have strength in numbers, you roll. But when the wheels come off, he won’t fix the car and is the engine that keeps going. And that is simultaneously admirable, but potentially very tragic.

People have to realize, that Draymond is responsible for his own actions. How is Steph being held accountable? He aint Draymond's father. It would be stupid if Lebron was being held accountable for something like this as well, cause what is a grown man supposed to do about the actions of another grown man? Nothing. Draymond is who he is at this point. Btw am hoops, I love you vids man❤❤ can u make a video about the Raptors season/future with this team? I would love that. Thanks!❤😁

This is much more of a reflection on Kerr for not making sure this is nipped in the bud. Ever since the Poole punch, Kerr should have been on top of this and made sure that wouldn't continue. It obviously led to a point, but that one moment made everything too public for GSW. This is not on Steph as a leader; he is clearly a "lead by example" player and too many players have come out saying he is basically "the perfect player" -

Draymond was NOT complaining about the Wiggins foul. He was pissed about his own foul called the play before. After that whistle, he went after the ref that blew the whistle on him earlier not the ref that had called the current foul. Draymond, like always was all about himself.

People talk about levels, superstars, and GOATs. At the end of the day, the 4th kid wakes you up at night, some business isn't going as planned, you're playing hard but aren't likely to make the playoffs, and you realize Draymond just isn't ever going to be someone you can depend on to control himself and be there when you need him. Time for a minor, small cry. Just exhausted, but it doesn't keep him from doing his job. MJ back in the day had his way on the team. Had someone stronger than him done something to him they'd have been in jail and then off the team. Someone smaller and MJ beats them up with no consequences. LeBron, kind of similar, except he's never had a smaller guy stand up to him. That's not Curry's way, nor should it be. Draymond is his own man and Stephen A., much as he professes to not be influenced by other's opinions (when giving his own) or to make up stuff for his show - is doing exactly that. What interesting take that may or may not be true would sound original? Okay, let's run with that. Let's act like we know what greatness is. Please.
